I have never had better customer service in my life. We were having a hard time with MULTIPLE flooring companies within the last three months when it came to dealing with the replacement of our floor for an insurance claim - to top it off I'm 8 months pregnant. Finally, we ended up in Mengel Floor & Window Fashions. Don realized the urgency in the matter, visited our home same day, and had our floor installed within the week at an absolutely amazing price with communication the whole way through. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this, or how much I recommend this company.
