Bought a eBike off of Rick great service. Weeks later had a little problem with a part needing to be replaced. Rick was right on it followed up and got the part sent right to my house. If u need an e bike give them a call. I customized my bike to discourage thief’s!

A little sus not gonna lie. Seems like a cool dude but he has to make sure he locks his doors because the area is quite creepy. Bikes can only go 32km/hr so I probably won’t be getting one.

Always has time to share knowledge about Hamilton and ebikes to make riding my bike safer and more enjoyable. Very friendly and welcoming. Bought a replacement charger here that is still going strong. Small shop but a good place. Broght my bike in for service and it was fixed properly for a very reasonable price.

Great customer service, I had an issue with my evoke that emmo was able to repair for half the cost of what I was quoted at another bike store. I will not get into too much details as to not obligate the owners. Suffice to say I am very satisfied with the service I recieved at Emmo.Yes I am real, yes this is a real review.

Cool little place. The sir there was very helpful. Just know that this isn't a showroom or something, its closer to a workshop or the like so they don't carry much on hand - unless you're looking at getting a electric motorcycle- or scooter-type.

Emmo E-bikes and Rick & John are fantastic! Really knowledgeable experts at repair and service - and they have a good quality line of e-bikes.I've had service work done there (tire repair) and they got right on it - and charged a very fair service fee (much less than other shops in Hamilton) and did a perfect job.I highly recommend this shop - one of Hamilton's best!Geoff Warren

Great customer service, the guy at this place Ricky is amazing and super friendly. Helped me with everything I needed and explained my bike's issues best he could. Great guy, great place. Highly recommend going here for your bike needs.
