I just had my HSG done here and the staff is so professional and friendly. The nurse at the reception checked me in quickly. I was nervous and had bad cramps after my HSG but Marie the lovely nurse gave me painkillers to subside my cramps and was kind to me. The doctor was great as well. Thank you all.

I had my HSG done just today.. the receptionist were so nice and accomodating. Kudos to Ate Arlene is so nice very entertaining, and Dr. Rubin did the procedure very professional, discussed every single step of the procedure. Very nice rapport from these 2 professionals to their patients. I recommend it to everyone who will undergo HSG.. Godbless

One receiptionist was rude at talking to me. I called back three times just because I wanted to confirm my schedule and informed them I would be late. She told me like: I don't think you understand, you kept calling back. I was not sure if the appointment would be canceled or would I need to book another day or what, that's why I needed to know. As a receptionist, your job is picking up calls not aking customer why calling so many times. Her voice sounds like she was having a bad mood. It's not ok to talk to someone in that personal attitude. Rude.

I wish I could give 0 star for this centre. I had my HSG done here. The middle age male doctor who did the procedure was super rude. The procedure was painful and I couldn’t tolerate it, so I screamed unintentionally but the doctor instead of trying to make me calm down, behaved very unfriendly. I’ve been medical doctor in my original country for several years but never ever I haven’t seen such a mean behaviour. It was the worst experience in my entire life and I would never go there.

Very friendly staff. Did HSG. The Dr was a male one and there was a nurse with him. Really friendly. For HSG you cannot have sex 2 days prior.

Receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and very condescending. She was unwilling to answer questions. Based on her attitude, I would never go to this location. Try finding somewhere that actually care about their patients, unlike this location.

I had my HSG done here today and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and professional. Arlene walked me through the procedure and even let me hold her hand while it was being done. :) The doctor was super fast and the whole procedure was done in about 5 minutes. I was able to be on a wait list for this procedure, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend Laurel Radiology.
