A team member called me back within minutes and went Live" with me and solved the problem within just a few minutes. He was so friendly and courteous as well.Overall a GREAT experience!"

Binatech has been our IT provider for several years. We have had several issues that went unsolved for years, but were resolved with the qualified and professional employees of Binatech. They are so easy to deal with and are always willing to patiently work on anything we throw at them. Their ability to work on our computers without stepping foot in our offices offers a great appeal at times as well. We highly recommend Binatech in every way.

Binatech has been our IT service support for a couple of years. The transition was very smooth as they took over, sorting the problems left behind by the incumbent and rectifying issues with an uncooperative incumbent. Their service and response has been excellent, the team is well supported by depth of knowledge and customer focus. They don't rely on a few individuals to support our needs, the knowledge is broad based and we are able to get support quickly and well within their response times!

I work for a small Engineer firm and this company is our IT tech support team.The complete staff is friendly funny and patience and qualified in an excellent service and speed ,attention to all needs and issues promptly, with their VPN connection linking at home , I've had no issues with connection speed or service. they go above and beyond to help and friendly kind attitudes is the personal touch was well worthy of a review.
