Went to get glasses with my sister, 2/10/2022 and the lady i met was super kind and offered many glasses to me and helped me out. A minute later my father entered the shop and this other lady with hair to her shoulders went over to him and told him to leave immediately as the shop had a customer restriction, there was nobody in the shop except my sister, me and the 2 workers. She rudely asked my father to get out of the store and treated him with disrespect. Reading other reviews it seems other people have met the same lady, she should not be working with customers and should learn some manners. I did not buy from the shop because of her and I know I wont return

Mme Leslie est une incontournable personne pour avoir le meilleur service, elle sera vous guidé pour votre choix de lunettes puisque c'est la meilleure !!!Je recommande cet endroit pour ceux qui on un budget limité mais qui veulent le meilleur pour leur yeux et du style.Merci Leslie pour toutes les fois que tu nous a aidé ma famille et moi avec tes bon conseils :)

I went today because i needed new glasses and my girlfriend needed a pair of sunglasses. I didn't know we needed to have an appointment. The young lady at the reception politely told us but she still went and check to the backstore if we could get someone to help us. The place was empty. Literally 0 customers. A older woman with shoulder hair length came at us like a bulldog. No smile, right away telling me that i should wait outside because i cant accompany someone else. Right there, that got me mad because of the way she talked to me. I mean i was actually looking to buy a new pair of glasses like i told the young lady. When i told her that, she asked if we had an appointment. We repeated that no we did not know about it. Then she sighed and turned away making this annoyed face almost rolling her eyes, then went to check something at the front desk computer. At that point, my girlfriend and i felt like we were literally disturbing her. We still asked if this was a problem or if we were disturbing something. She declined and explained that they cant have more than 5 clients inside and repeated that we did not have appointments. Again, there was 0 customers inside. We just turned away. Never going back again. Im not sure who this woman was, but she should not work with customers. This happened on March 13 2021 at around 2pm.

I have very particular tastes for my glasses, loved the friendly and knowledgeable service I got from this location. Will definitely be back :) thank you Jean-Francois! Lyne

Very helpful I bought a new pair of glasses.

Went to a bunch of locations in the area for glasses. This store was by far the most competitive and the selection was huge! Prices are as good as on the internet plus you get service!Highly recommend

Non professional staff. Girl with red hair acts so fake.

I am not impressed, I paid $400 for progressive glasses. I was having a difficult time adjusting so I explained my situation and they told me that there was a 3 month trial so they replaced the lenses with bifocal lenses. The gentleman who replaced my lenses gave me back the progressive lenses and said I could keep them and I could use them and buy another set of frames. So I've had the bifocal lenses for about 4 months and they are not clear, there are many scratch like markings. I always use microfiber cloths for cleaning. This never happened with the reading glasses I used to buy at the pharmacy.When I went back and asked if they could put my progressive lenses back on because I wanted to try them again since my current lenses were all scratched. The manager, took them from me and told me that I should not have had them. I don't think this was fair because I did pay for these lenses and the ones on my frames are damaged.I have emailed this experience to head office on 2 occasions and still have not received a response!!I am very disappointed, I regret having bought my glasses at Entrepôt de la Lunette Laval.
