Great customer service! I called in the morning was able to get help over the phone and picked up my paint and supplies within 30min. Quick and easy for curbside pick up as well.

The people here are so knowledgeable and friendly. They always go out of their way to get us the best deal and take care of us no matter what. We've had two absolutely amazing experiences there. I would recommend anyone looking for paint or commercial painting go to the store as opposed to anyone else. We visited many stores for paint and this was the only one that took the time out to help us out and give us the best deal.

I went to Sherwin Williams for the first time this past weekend and went to this location. I was instantly greeted and assisted by Kassidi. She was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I had a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all, in addition to giving extra advice when it came to panting and selecting the right paint for each job. I would highly recommend going to this location just based on my experience with her. Thanks again Kassidi - you were very nice & helpful!

The manager at this stores service is unmatched. In a time where navigating through curb side shopping can be confusing he really went up and above for my transaction I haven't received customer service like his in a long time. Thank you

These folks are terrific ! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and practical. I've had awesome results with Sherwin Williams products (much better than Behr or other big box paint lines) and that, plus the excellent customer service, keeps me coming back.As for pricing, SW has regular 30% & 40% off promotions every 3 or 4 weeks - which makes their products less expensive than the big box stores. So you get superior products at a very reasonable price delivered with great customer service. Win Win !Not sure why that one-star customer had such an unhappy experience, but am guessing -based on the overall tone of their comment - that perhaps they themselves were not particularly pleasant when in the store. Even excellent customer service won't overcome the nasty/negative attitude of customer with a chip on their shoulder

Although I didn't buy anything there today, this is my place to go from now on, because of their remarkable customer service and knowledge. I didn't find what I was looking for because of my situation (severe allergies to certain chemicals) but they selflessly offered, without me asking, the name of the competition that may be able to help me (which another paint place I visited today refused to do even when asked). I don't usually write reviews, so this is my first one, but very much deserving.

I've worked with Jeanna at this location twice now and both times I cannot say good enough things! She is patient with all the questions I have (I've never painted a wall until last year when I first worked with Jeanna, so I had a fair amount of questions), gave me really good recommendations and tips.Since I've been home a lot lately with a bit of extra time on hand (COVID-19) I decided to paint our master bedroom. Even though I couldn't go into the store and discuss options, Jeanna was kind enough to be on multiple calls with me and helped me decide on perfect color and products.I know whenever I am going to paint other rooms in my house, I will be going to Jeanna.
