Derek is very responsive and knowledgeable. He is willing to help in any way possible.I had an issue where my shower faucet needed new parts; unfortunately, there was no branding, making it difficult to find. Three plumbers took a look, but none could identify what the brand was. I would ultimately need to replace the entire faucet and redo my tiling.In a desperate attempt, I searched for a few more plumbers and stumbled upon Main Street Plumbing. Unfortunately, Derek did not service my area but offered to look at photos of my faucet. Within 4 minutes, I got a reply from Derek with what brand and number to call to get the parts replaced.Despite never physically having my shower faucet serviced by Derek, I would, without hesitation, recommend him.

Derek answered our call and got us to check for the shut off value to ensure he could do the work without delays. Was able to come over with in a few hours and updated us on his ETA.Will certainly use him again!! A quick solution to our issue.

Derek came in today and changed my bathroom faucet and the shutoff valve and cleaned the draind. Very professional. Responds quickly to msgs and did the job nice and quick. Good rates too.

This review is overdue. Derek is communicative, effective and efficient. He serviced our plumbing twice and we really liked his work and his professionalism. He was quick to respond, even late in the evening. He really knows his stuff, could “diagnose” beforehand and was also efficient in his work. He even changed our kitchen faucet which had a leak and I just mentioned to him when he was already on site. He would let us know what to expect, therefore there are no surprises. Would recommend his service to anyone without hesitation.

Derek helped to replace an old garburator and repair a leaky faucet a few years ago. He gave a helpful tip about getting replacement parts for my faucet under manufacturer warranty, which turned out to be most useful. This time he helped to fix a bathroom and kitchen sink drain problem. He is communicative, efficient, and professional. Super happy with the quality work and service he provided.
