Friendly service and very quick. I didn't know they can do service the same day. I thought they would ask me to book an appointment the next day or a week in advance but they showed up the day of. The lady on the phone was nice, asked a lot of questions about my location and then a technician arrived after 15 minutes of waiting outside my house. He unlocked my door in 2 seconds, I was really impressed with the work he did. I couldn't find my keys anywhere so he offered to get it cut for me. He had a machine in the back of his van that cuts keys so he helped get me a new key and was gone within ten minutes. Overall really impressed with the service I received from electro pulse surveillance. This was the first company I called as they were a 'locksmith in ottawa' and I'm glad I didn't use anyone else in ottawa.

Good service for laptop repair at reasonable prices.

Just moved to Ottawa recently and I needed my locks changed to high security stuff. Called these guys to bring me some of the most secure stuff they had and recommended a lock called the multlock. They did everything really fast and efficient and the lock is looking great so far, gave me a few years warranty. Really impressed with the Eddie gentlemen. Really nice and funny guy. I would use his service again.

Terrible customer service/way over priced! I went in to buy a computer battery and the owner increased the price of the battery and service about three times starting from the estimate until the actual transaction. I called around to other services to compare prices and his was by far the most expensive. Canada Computers was the best in price and the clerk was very helpful. I wish I had never stepped foot into Electro Pulse.

I was in Ottawa for business and managed to lose my car keys! I called this company and they sent a locksmith out right away to help.The locksmith unlocked the car for me and cut me new keys on the spot! It saved me having to tow the car to a dealer. Not being from the city I was a little hesitant as I didn’t know the company but in the end very impressed with the service they gave.

The guys at Electro Pulse came to my store to install a couple of cameras. The service provided was professional and quick! The owner had a great sense of humour and was really charismatic. Overall, I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend to others.

We hired this company to install a high security lock on our business. The locksmith provided an accurate quote over the phone, he brought several locks for us to choose from and had all the work done that same day. He was even able to re-key our interior locks so that they all work with the same key now. Solid service.
