They have lots of cheap workers who can finish the job fast but they would quote random figures.. I don’t know if they are expecting customer to negotiate starting with 10% of their quoted price and work upwards ??Avoid this company

Faster Mechanical has been there for me for many years.They fixed my furnace when it needed repairAnd when my furnace was old and beyond repair, they brought me a new one and installed it at a fair priceThey showed up on time and did a good jobThank you very much guys, my house is always warm thanks to you.I will get them to install an air conditioning unit for me in the springFast service, and quality work at a fair price.Mike

Well, I don’t even know why they take residential projects quoting such exorbitant $ for work. You can get other qualified and professional HVAC workers for 1/3rd of their price.Please look elsewhere if you value your hard earned money

I'm one of the early customers. Benson team was extremely good back then, good value and always make extra effort to see the job done. They expand, get busy lately and downhill with the job quality.They provided wrong diagnosis but insist to charge $120 for each visit. Do we have to keep paying $120 until they guess correctly? If you're a clinic do you keep charging customers and swapping medications until you get it right?We are paying a professional to have the problem fixed, not to handle payrolls on behalf of the company. Highly not recommend

Please avoid Benson and his team. They are a rip-off. They charged me 3 times more for a job that is ideally costing $1000. I didn’t have a choice since he was subcontracted by my GC. Avoid them

The company replaced my heating system last winter to my satisfaction. Couple of weeks ago I called the company as I found the air too warm in my house. A technician was sent who inspected and adjusted the heating system in detail. I'm very satisfied with their work and would recommend this company to others.
