I can’t seem to wrap my head around all the extra charges that are charged for a haircut. This isn’t a garage! Environmental fees! For trimming my hair? The salon has lost my business. I called in and asked what the price was for a trim and the couldnt give me an exact price. Depends on what stylist cuts my hair! Seriously for a trim?I was in a couple months ago for a trim was told the cost was $48 when I left it was actually $65. they said because they switched stylists on me. This seems like insanity - seriously to get my hair trimmed! So I called again today as I really like the haircut but I wanted to know the exact price before I came in and she couldn’t give it to me!

I had the best time getting my hair cut and coloured with CharlotteShe was so kind and funny and we talked the whole time. It was a big job because I had very long hair and I was looking for a full colour, Charlotte and I talked about what I wanted to do and we decided on a very vibrant green colour with purple undertones. She was so patient and kind I never knew I could have so much fun getting my hair done and not to mention my colour turned out absolutely amazingI’m so so happy and I would recommend anyone who wants something different or even just a good time to go to chatters :)

Kat Savage is such an amazing hair stylist! She listened to what I wanted, she made recommendations and made me feel so comfortable. I walked out feeling amazing!! Thank you!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how Kat Savage does my hair ! Everytime I walk out of there feeling amazing! She also does my son's hair and he has sensory issues. She is so great with him and she is the only person he trusts to cut his hair! She is awesome with kids and very friendly and easy to communicate with. Couldn't ask for more from a hair stylist! Imo she is the BEST!

I have seen Dana at Chatters for styling and hair cuts. I first met Dana who performed a miracle on my hair for my wedding that I put together in 2-weeks! I had an idea for my hair, not realizing that my hair has it's own challenges, but Dana did an amazing job to execute my vision and make it even better for my hair type and face shape. Thank you for helping to make my wedding day so special.Dana has such a kind heart and truly cares about her clients. I feel a genuine connection with her. As someone who has gone through emotional and physical trauma in the last few years, I have had a hard time wanting to put myself first. It's amazing how a good hair cut and style can make you feel so much better about yourself and your future. Thank you Dana and thank you for giving me cuts that are easy to manage!

We had an excellent experience at Chatters with Lauren. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing and maintaining your hair, and is always very giving when it comes to helpful tips . She also genuinely cares about her clients! I would highly recommend!

This hair salon, while apart of a franchise, definitely has its own quirks. The team here as of 2023 has overturned since our last visits back in 2016-2018. Now, these team members openly gawk at you like deer in headlights if you have hair past your shoulders, and publicly gossip “it’s too long!” One of these stylists even said “You should cut it. Oh my god.”I am mortified at this salon’s change in staff and customer service. They push styling and cuts, especially if you have long hair. Colour, no cuts? I watched one of our stylists literally throw a tantrum. They seem to hate working on long hair. It doesn’t matter what you want, they’ll push their bias. It got to the point where the manager had to give her two cents and other team members were pushing into the consult.On top of that, from the starting price of $225-$250 per person, they tripled it to $400+. While I understand miscommunication between front house staff and stylists, this would be a great opportunity to address such situations moving forward and push customers to book consults before the actual appointment for a proper quote.The only saving grace was my stylist specifically, as this was a group appointment. She shook off the initial shock and rose to the challenge. If I ever went back, I would only book with her. The rest of the team is absolutely unprofessional.
