Theatre Passe Muraille

Gem of a local theatre. TPM is a super unique theatre as they put on very local shows but also have the chance to feature international talent a few times each season.The theatre itself has also been recently renovated and now has a “back room” for smaller and more intimate shows. Back in November I saw “the year of the cello” in the backstage and it was great. Main area seats maybe around 100 and the backstage a cozy 20.This is a great place to support local artists and get into the Toronto arts scene.

This theatre supports modern day segregation. Don't go here if you value people by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.

It's very nice clean little theatre, very good lighting deco effect with drama and amazing sounds. Very good acting. Not much props but it made it so beliveable that I have cried, but anyway it was for my grieving as the story was similar situation. It was a bout young couple 1920 both artist met, struggle love marriage, struggle rich poor, then the husband died and the wife did her best to keep going. Was very very beliveable even if they kept entire show same customs and chairs and a start with vielnt girl who is with them in entire show until the end. Was amazing for only two actors and one violent performance. Amazing wall did a lot of effects. Thank you.

Just a cute no fuss theatre. Great spot to catch a show. Don't forget we have these downtown folks!Caught a couple fringe festival shows here. No fuss in and out fun shows!

Amazing performance by Kai osbourn!! The room is a little bit stuffy, and I understand masks to insure safety for older audiences comfort. Great and kind staff. :)

It's a really nice place people are awesome and treat you well I also loved the show
