Not very good. We went on May long weekend, at 3 pm, and there was only one employee serving both the Subway and TCBY counters. Several condiment dishes were empty. One yoghurt machine was disabled. There were no dairy free options, which we were expecting. The place was clean and well kept, otherwise. Easy to get to, and sufficient parking.

I’m pretty sure the soft serve was bad/off. It was gritty and I could chew on the granules which was disappointing. The toppings were all stale. Not coming back, wouldn’t recommend. The sub was decent.

Super disappointing, expensive experience. Only two flavours available - both runny and tasting more like ice cream than froyo. Half of the toppings were out of stock or mislabeled (so what happens if you have a nut allergy?) and the ones on offer were stale and not worth it. The location is dirty and dishevelled with random out of order equipment standing around. Save your money and avoid this place.

Dirty, nothing for toppings , topping containers were gross , hot fudge was out so I asked the attendee and he opened it and said “it’s to thick” so it won’t pump. I said well why even have it out? Won’t go back ! EVER

One yogurt machine didn’t work, all toppings were very stale and old and they didn’t have most toppings in stock. Very pricey as well. A small not full was over $6

half the machines were not working, we tried all four flavours (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cotton candy) and they were gritty and seemed to taste off like they had gone bad. very limited topping options most of which seemed old and stale. was very expensive and basically inedible.

Place was clean. Must have been close to closing as most of the toppings were empty. It's expensive, and the yogurt isn't as good quality as it was the last time I was there. Going to see if Menchies is better next time as this was disappointing.

Part of the Subway, but looked like it was closed. 3 small cups out. Nobody at the counter, but the guy working subway called me when I started leaving. Got a medium cup, not full, with no extras, and it was $9.47????????? I could have had a sub for less. Sad I wasted almost $10 on a business nobody obviously cares about.

Nice little place they have here, nice people, clean, lots of seating. Parking can be a little sparse, very small lot out front, but there's usually something available, largely due to the fact it never seems very busy here, but I've only ever been in the evening, lunch time may be a different story.
