My favevoruite website to buy weed in Canada! They have good quality products with reasonable prices compared to others in my opinion. Shipping was smooth my order arrived in 3 days.

If you want to get robbed GO HERE! Made an order 2 weeks ago. Apparently they had server issues and the email I got with the tracking number was invalid. Was told a week later I would get a new email with a new tracking number a few hours later. Never got that new email. And have yet to hear from them. Noticed they just recently took down their email contact on their website. But still taking orders. I have contacted the RCMP. These guys will be in jail soon enough.

First time I've ordered online. I have to tell it as it is.! The Herb Center people are wonderful. My $79 ounce came in 3 days with two free grams and two pre-rolled and a grinder with storage case. I'm going to order again for sure delivered to my door 84.23 Taxes and shipping included. UPDATE. 3 orders and 5 ounces later I am still super happy. NO fake review here just a happy customer telling it as it is.

I personally love the quality and pricing and ordered many times never been dissatisfied or ripped off until just recently during the last 2 months a small business has been overwhelmed by all kinds of new problems and orders. 246.12 2 Oz and one 3.5 none arrived after the increase in volume of orders they have even left behind old customers. Also the email is different then before and not the same as the account itself so it can be tricky still have my breath held for a fix up and it's been nearly a month and they paid their debt after i got on them a few ways it was a hassle but im satisfied

THC shipped my last order with a missed item. I sent them 3 emails over 3 weeks to resolve the issue. No response. A business that cannot provide basic customer service is not a real business. Great prices and products but roll the dice on receiving a complete order. Unprofessional & unreliable. Lost my business and my recommendation. Shop elsewhere.

This is so frustrating, you order it and make the payment, and then u just wait for them to contact u..It says fast delivery, that was why I ordered, and now I feel like it's a waste of time and effort, they just lie on the website. They don't have any phone number for contact. PLEASE LEVEL UP UR STANDARDS, U LIARS, START FOLLOWIN GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I give a 1 star only......They do not answer emails but they were pretty quick to accept my etransfer. I made an order and still have yet to receive shipping confirmation, etc. I also did not receive $15 off my first order!Will revisit if and when I receive my order to let you know what the outcome of my order was.

Not open 24/7 as there is no store located at metrotown. There is no in-store pickup, nor does contact us allow you to contact anyone.Ended up going to BC Cannabis Store in queensborough.After reading the reviews I will not attempt to make an online order. I'm really hoping the online orders are not scams as numerous people have stated money was taken and nothing shipped.
