By far the best experience I’ve had at a pet store, I would go here over any pet store I’ve been to. - She knew EVERYTHING.. They cancelled my appointment for a grooming session 2 days before but never left a voicemail. When I was at the store they acted as if the appointment was never made. After playing the voicemail confirming the appointment to them (as proof of the appointment) their story changed to you made the appointment but we cancelled it" the owner did not apologize

The owner of this place seems angry and has poor customer communication skills. I’ve attempted to purchase here a few times to support a local business but was dissatisfied every time. I was once told to wait out in the cold after walking into an unlocked door 5 min early. I will refrain from describing other issues and will use a different store from now on.

The staff are amazing!! I often bring my large dog into the self dog wash and buy my furry lovers food there as well. The groomers always have little trips and ticks for me, which I really appreciate! I love how friendly everyone is keeps me going back for that amazing atmosphere!

The highest quality food and pet health products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions or concerns with your dog, don't be shy to speak up and ask them! They will absolutely spend the time to help. Lots of parking, great location. Highly recommend!!

Used to be great for first few years, now owner is very rude and very condescending. Talks down to you like you know nothing and only her opinion is the right one. She ruined an otherwise great day for me, excited about my new puppy. I will deal with Pet Valu in the mall from now on! Knowledgeable staff there too and super-friendly to boot.

Kelly runs, by far, the best pet store I have been to in Ontario or Quebec. She has helped me with my reactive rescue dog, she has advised me on every product from cats to dogs, puppy to elderly, and she has never let me buy things I don't need (unless we request it, and of course, she will order whatever I need or a close approximation). Seriously. Go here for your pet care needs. If she can't help you, she will find someone who can.

This is my dogs favorite store he tries to take us to the pet store ever day when we go on our walks. The people that work there are always welcoming and go above and beyond to make my fur baby happy. They even bring in toys they know my dog will love!!
