She is a very nice and friendly person with great skills for alterations. Also, she can manage your urgent need if necessary. I haven’t had any issues with her for the quality of the work. The only issue I found was the price as the price she gave me when I am turning in my clothes was always lower than the price I had to pay at the end. I didn’t want to challenge it to her as I was satisfied with her work, but all the experiences I had from her (4 cases of work so far with her) were all the same that I had to pay more than what I was promised to. verbally. Therefore, I humbly suggest you to get the initial quote written on the paper sheet she gives you, so that you may use it as an evidence in case you have a similar case like me.

Pat saved us recently by agreeing to alter a newly purchased suit for an upcoming funeral on very short notice. It was a hugely stressful time and she took such good care of us. I recently took a dress in to get altered and before bringing it home, she had me try it on again to make sure the fit was right. She is professional, kind, and has such a warm energy. I had a king size mattress pad dry cleaned at this place; and I paid $48.50 for the service. However, the owner would not even bother to fold it nicely to pack inside the bag at time of pick up! This is my first time patronizing this shop and will also be my last time!

The lady is super sweet and helpful. I had a few things to dryclean and I also asked if they had an extra wedding dress bag I can buy as my wife's had a tear in it. The drycleaning was amazing and she was also able to find a bag for my wifes dress. I will definitely be going here for all my drycleaning and alteration needs as the service is impeccable!

I was thankful to have found a place I could trust. I usually go to pro stitches in Guildford mall but it is expensive. Pat is does her work great, finishes on time and with reasonable price. I will be using her service in my future alterations! Very nice attitude too!

I went into this business on short notice to have a button hole added to a dress prior to a funeral unfortunately what I left with was a ruined dress as the button whole looked like it was sewn by a 5 year old. I definitely would not recommend for alterations
