Napa Heritage Autopro & Tire - Chinook Location (Formerly Speedy Apollo)

I needed an exhaust pipe replaced on my car.. They tried to order the parts from various sources but it was unavailable. They had to order through the Hyundai dealership (which was more expensive) but the pats came in promptly and installed efficiently. The caveat was that it had to be installed (8:00 AM - 12:AM) because this is the only vehicle I own, and I work early afternoons. They were finished by 9:30 AM, so good on them. Everything went really well!

Quoted $1900 to replace my steering rack due to a leaking hose. Fixed by a competent mechanic in 15 minutes.

I wasn't sure if I needed a replacement cord to my block heater or a block heater. They took the time to look and found out it was neither as my cord was just not in the right spot. They were super helpful and friendly. They moved the cord to its right spot and got it done quickly, even with no appointment. I am truly grateful to them.

Brought my car here to get tires (which I ordered online at Tireland) put on my rims. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance and was told to bring my car in between 8-9am and they would have it back to me sometime in the early afternoon on the same day. I told them I wanted the old rubber ties to be put in the back of my car (I have a symmetrical AWD but mismatched tires when I purchased the car so I needed to replace all the tires) Came in for the appointment, dropped the car off and went to kill a few hours.Got a phone call at 11am to tell me that they didn't have the tires in even though I had ordered them 2 weeks ago and they get shipments three times a day. Was told to come pick up the car and contact Tireland (staff there were not willing to contact Tireland themselves even after I emailed them the invoice I recieved from Tireland). When I phoned Tireland they said they had delivered the tires already. After a long discussion, was told that since they have multiple deliveries a day, they could ship out my tires on the same day delivery. Tireland had to contact the shop to arrange delivery and service. It took right up to 5pm to get the car back to me. Drove home just to find out they didn't give me my old rubber tires back even though I specifically asked for them. Had to come back again the next day to pick them up again.Still paid full price for the tires & service even though they ended up wasting an entire day + needed to come back for a secondary trip. Only positive was that they still managed to get the tires on the same day.

Jeremy and the guys are absolutely amazing people and extremely professional mechanics who know their stuff and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for a simple repair. I had a quote from another shop for nearly $1,000 for a Wheel Bearing replacement and when I brought the paperwork that shop gave me to the guys at Napa, I had the repairs done for $460 AND done with a full inspection for SO CHEAP, all within 6 hours. SERIOISLY FAST SERVICE!During the inspection, they even found the dealership I had went to for the past 6 years had LIED about items they said needed replacing like License Plate Bulb and attempted to make small problems sound like massive ones.They really saved my bacon on this one, as I wasn't able to work for the past three weeks due to the weather, followed by an arm injury. I had very little to spend and these car problems caught me off guard in early January, right after Christmas! So I was definitely in a pickle before coming to see Napa!The gentlemen at Napa really did save the day for me. Now, I can work happily and have a new mechanic that is 100 times better than my last. I'd give 6 stars if I could! Thank you again, guys!

I reached out to Autopro to a possibility of having an earlier schedule than I originally got, and they said they will look into it. After a few days, guess what? They did reach out to me and I got an earlier schedule! It was three days earlier than previously set. I was super happy and just when things couldnt get any better, they received the car on schedule and got it out there within the day.Superb customer service, quick, and clean!

I had a bit of an emergency over the holidays and needed to have a tire fixed ASAP! I went and was informed that something major was looked over at the last shop that I had gone too. It needed to be urgently fixed. They fixed it right away, fixed the tire and it was good to go by the end of the day!All of the staff that I dealt with were so kind, and so helpful! I will be going back

I took a newly imported right hand drive Japanese Domestic Market Daihatsu (a tiny van) for out of province inspection. Not surprising, but it failed the initial out of province. I knew that I might face some hurdles to overcome when I imported it.The items that needed modification included aligning the headlight slope for driving on the right side of the road and reinforcing the rear bumper. These are tricky modifications, but the mechanic, Ray, figured it out and did both without changing the general appearance of the headlights or bumper.The service manager, Sam, quoted the work and kept me in the loop through the initial inspection, the modifications and the final inspection.I was able to have the vehicle registered after Ray completed the modifications.I will have no reservations about referring people to Napa Auto Pro Chinook in the future.Ray and Sam, Thank you.
