Got a Reverse Osmosis System from Valley to remove Fluoride from our tap water. Can already feel a health difference. They also installed a city soft water softener and chlorine removal system because we had Hard Water. We wanted an extra bathroom added to our house so they did the plumbing and shower/fixture installation. They have great customer service and were able to service us quickly.

We needed confirmation of a UV system install as a condition of sale with a tight turnaround time. Valley Plumbing sent out technicians the same day, and sent us the estimate. Customer service and the installers are responsive and efficient.

Needing a plumber in an emergency situation is never ideal, especially when you aren't the only one facing the emergency - but Valley Plumbing & Heating was AMAZING!A flooded basement is an incredibly stressful situation, but Valley Plumbing, Heating & Water Treatment was literally our calm in the recent April ice storm.Despite being inundated by an absolute onslaught of calls from hundreds of home and cottage owners throughout Eastern Ontario, they were able to get back to us promptly, and even managed to get someone out to install a new sump pump as soon as they were able (the day following the storm).Days later when our hot water tank died, they again managed to squeeze us into their already full schedule to come and assess our situation and arrange for a couple of their guys to come out as soon as possible, despite still being incredibly busy catching up from the storm projects and business as usual projects.Curtis, Connor and the third crew member were all incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. Connor and his partner even cleaned their footprints from our wooden floor before leaving yesterday.Thank you for all of your support!The world is short-staffed, please be kind to those that show up.

I just bought my first home in Perth and being anxious about the work that needed to be done, I booked another well known plumbing agency well in advance. After getting the complete run around, an extremely high quote and then bailing the day before they were scheduled to do the work, I was incredibly stressed.When I called Valley Plumbing, not only was the office incredibly sensitive to my situation, but they were extremely kind and diligent to book their guys to come do an estimate the next day.The plumbers that came were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they gave me a reasonable estimate and booked in to do the work two days later!They were able to finish the work in a half day, at an incredibly reasonable cost and were so easy to deal with. They took so much stress off of me in my first week as a new homeowner. I will definitely only be using Valley in the future and would recommend them to anyone!!

Wanted to re&re a Liberty sump pump. Valley was a recommended supplier. They provided a package quote of $1,200 that included a $200 credit because the existing plumbing was in place. Requested & never received a quote indicating parts, labour etc. Bought the pump via Amazon for $360 and had it installed for less than $200 by McNamee plumbing who provide an itemized bill.YMMV.

Recently had positive experience with Valley Plumbing. They were very responsive to a more urgent call for a pressure tank issue where we had no water, and then did a quote for work that was both well-priced (I had an idea of what it would cost so it wasn't unexpected) and then the plumbers did excellent work while they were here. I felt they were very hard working. They gave me good advice that made sense. I'd like to note they also did their best to clean up their work and that is meaningful, appreciated. Every interaction I had with all folks was positive. I will reach out again with any other needs this company can service.

We had excellent service from Valley Plumbing on day one when we moved into our current home. Now, 9 years later we still rely on their service including their speedy response today when we suddenly had no water. Easy, quick fix and we’re back on track!!

I had the pleasure of getting excellent help by the team at Valley Plumbing. Started with the purchase of our home and needing servicing done to the water system that was here. Graham helped with loads of information and tuning up the system. After servicing, a year later I needed help with the water softener and Graham was able to come up and help while giving great advice about needing to change the old water softener system. I ended up getting the new one installed today by Iain and Nic, they provide amazing service and information. Excellent customer service! We were new homeowners when a pipe blew on our pressure tank last year. They were able to show up within a couple hours and get us back up and running. Ever since then, every problem or even any questions we had they have been amazing to work with. Very patient, and always felt like we were well informed before we made any decisions. Very good company and has definitely made our year less stressful. Thank you!

After having a bad experience with another local plumber with trying to fix an issue with my sump pump, I discovered through the builder of my house that these guys installed it. The original tech who handled the process called me back and spent over 45 minutes with me on the phone for free to discuss my issues. That already made a great impression so I decided to inquire with them about installing an alarm as my system didn't have it. They recommended the NightEye system and were able to install it in just a couple of days.The tech who showed up was incredibly nice, professional and chatty. He made the overall experience very pleasant. Since my sump design is so unusual, the alarm also had to be installed in an unusual way. He explained everything he did in detail and told me that even after I've paid the invoice, if the alarm has any issues and needs adjustments, to let him know and he'll come back and do it at no extra charge.Phenomenal service experience overall. I'll be using these folks again if I need to and will be recommend them to friends in the area.
