Brian Wheeler helped me in store and was extremely accommodating and patient with all our questions. Once we finally picked out our favorite mattress, he helped out with deals and delivery options to save us the extra cost! He was so helpful, we made two trips down to talk with him before purchasing the mattress!

Go see Brian! He gave us a warm welcome and all the info we needed to start us off on our search but then set us free to test out all of the mattresses. He gave us lots of time to browse and try out each mattress multiple times without putting any pressure on us to buy a certain one. When we found one we liked Brian made sure we knew all of the materials and benefits and we felt confident we were getting an amazing mattress for THE BEST PRICE! Brian’s customer service was beyond what we expected and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress.

Such a great experience buying a mattress and mattress cover from The Brick on Lakeshore East. I had bought one 10+ years ago from The Brick and also had a great experience, so when my husband I were in the market again it came to mind as a place to start our search.I can't speak highly enough of our sales rep, Brian and the Assistant Manager as well. Brian was helpful while shopping and was so responsive to us every after the sale was made, and responded by email within minutes. He even called to tell us he found my 2 year old son's lost toy weeks after it was lost. They were flexible with scheduling our delivery multiple times because our bed from West Elm was delayed several months.When our mattress was delivered the delivery team did a great job, but they did forget to leave the mattress cover. When I called the store they sorted it out right away, had a new one shipped to the store, and when in store for pick up I was refunded $250 because my mattress was now on sale.Oh and the bed is great too, but it's really the incredible customer service that left such a nice impression. Thank you!
