Chayle designed both my engagement ring and wedding band and the experience was such a delight! My now-husband proposed with the intention of designing a ring together. We contacted a few designers but found they weren't transparent or just didn't vibe with what we were thinking. With just a few consultations, Chayle designed and created the engagement ring of my dreams. She really listened to what I wanted and was very patient. I was involved in selecting the design, the stone, the metal, etc.When it came time for my wedding band, she was the only choice. She used my mother's and mother-in-law's diamonds to create a band that fit with the nature" theme of my engagement ring. Now I own 2 very unique pieces of jewelry that I cherish forever. I'm very grateful for the experience of being involved with my rings and we already have projects in mind that we'll need her for!BONUS: her office is dog-friendly so even our dog was involved in the planning and designing lol."

Chayle was so easy and wonderful to work with. It can be overwhelming making a decision on an engagement ring, especially being out of town clients but Chayle put us right at ease. We had a video consultation and she answered all of my questions and provided some valuable insights which helped in our decision. She then sent us a sample with various stone sizes so that I could try it on and think about it for as long as I’d like, and then communicated directly with my partner and made sure he felt included in the decision. It made the whole process so painless. Not to mention that the quality, uniqueness, and simplicity of her work is absolutely stunning! I couldn’t be happier with my engagement ring.

We had an amazing ring shopping experience with Chayle! She custom designed our rings for our elopement in BC. I had a very specific textured look in mind for my band and she exceeded my expectations. Communication was very prompt. She balances creativity with functionality and has an excellent eye for detail. All three rings together are stunning in composition and flawless in their execution.Ethical sourcing: Chayle sources her material with fastidious care. During a recent global event that compromised the sources of certain materials, she immediately reached out to each of her suppliers to explicitly ensure that nothing brought into her shop was impacted and still met her incredibly high standards.Professionalism and care: Chayle is just a very kind human. During each interaction, it was abundantly clear how much she cared about our experience. We had a wonderful experience working with Chayle! We've always admired her products and work, so when it came time to design/create our wedding bands (not the engagement ring), Chayle was the first person we thought of.She was able to turn our rough concepts into beautiful gold rings that were so uniquely us.This project meant a lot to me because we also had my father's wedding ring melted down and added to our new bands.
