Elite Window Cleaning - Toronto

I booked the whole shabang package for interior and exterior window cleaning for my home in the country and was very pleased with the crew and results.

Where to start? There was confusion about the bill from the start - when the team first came it was pouring rain. One of the crew kindly said I wouldn't be charged because I obviously had to reschedule as a result of the rain but then the office said it was going to charge me anyway. I had to call and sort it out. The two-man team showed up on the wrong day for the rescheduled appointment. One of the cleaners left a BUCKET OF CHEMICALS on the floor next to my child's bed, which I had to dispose of after calling to ask what was in it. The same guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. Then, more than a month later, I got an invoice saying my payment was past due, although I had given them my credit card information when I booked the job. Then, a week later, I got an email saying my invoice was paid. The only person who seemed to know what he was doing was one of the two-man team that cleaned my windows - everyone else seemed permanently dazed and confused.

Elite window cleaning cleaned our windows yesterday (October 10) in Toronto. We have a 3 story house with lots of large windows on the 3rd floor. Elite did an excellent job. They arrived when scheduled, cleaned the widows and the screens we had, and the price was very reasonable. We were very satisfied with the job. Our windows are now very clean. Will use their services again.
