Pizza Hut Sturgeon Falls
Not impressed at all. $55.00 for two small pizzas. Too expensive for me at $4.62 a small slice I have never paid this much for 2 small pizzas at Pizza Pizza or at Steve's Premiere Pizza. Most I have paid is $40 We will go back to Steve. It's the exact same toppongs that I used to order at Pizza Pizza. So how come a $20 difference?

The cashier was polite and offered to call manager to accept our discount coupon. Food was served good too. The manager seem indifferent and kept mute even to “Thank You” and “Have a nice day” that we said before we left. Poor customer relations from the manager end.

This could have easily been a 1 or 0 star review but I'm giving the guy (manager, I assume) 4 stars because he gave me free food after I waited nearly three times longer than I should have for my order.

The food is fine but the customer service from the managers is trash. I leave infuriated almost every time, I don’t understand how something so simple can confuse them. they are rude and like to blame their own staff for mistakes or any delays. They never are giving you their full attention, and are obviously rude because of this.I’ve heard they don’t like their employees speaking French which is totally unfair treatment… they opened a business in sturgeon falls which is highly populated by francophones.Best part is when they put my on the side dip" inside the wings container

Manager is about as mouthy and disrespectful as can be! They will never see another dollar from us. Learn to talk to people or get out of the business!!Plus the food sucks for the price paid.

Sturgeon Falls location: Pizza was good, not very fast though. They only have 2 tables available to eat in, but 1 table was occupied by one of the worker's kids(not a concern, you do what you gotta do to work), while my kids and I sat at the other table. Because the front is so mall, we were instantly surrounded by waiting customers. Very distracting and very hot. Also since when does a 500ml bottle of apple juice cost $6.99. I could've bought 4 litres of it at the grocery store for that price. I understand that its convenient but come on guys. Something is very wrong with that price.

I ordered pizza me the gf and her kids tonight at 530 told 50 minutes. By 630 we were cooking the 5 year old dinner and by 7 we were still waiting for the pizza so I called it would ring they would pick up then hang up the phone on us. Finally they answered after 10 min told us the driver was on his way half an hour ago asked to be patient. OK we waited little annoyed but we waited finally he shows up at 750. And the food was cold. I spelt the address out for them and on the receipt it was still wrong this is a major example of poor management skills. And I was still expected to pay the 70 bucks for 2 pizza and 8 wings. Almost 2 and half hour wait what would u do trying to feed the kids before bed.. I'm a firm believer if ur going to run a business chain kno how they are run. If u haven't managed a chain or been a supervisor at one for a few years u shouldn't be able to buy one and just be like let's see how this works.
