Worst a&w on the island, their showroom is closed more than its open. Making it impossible for a trucker to get a meal. Also when you get onion rings they give you 4, literally 4 rings

This is the worst A&W I've ever been to. I live close by. It's my favorite fast food and I can't even go there anymore. Every time I go, the service is terrible. I got black hairs on the last burger I got there. That was the last straw. I'm always friendly and polite, but in return, I get food that has been prepared by ppl who couldn't care less. No ketchup in the bag. Missing chicken strips. Missing fries. Slow service. Lack of hygiene...this one guy wipes his mouth with his full hand and then keeps serving. I just can't do it any more. They would keep more customers if they had someone there who cared enough to provide quality food and good service. Signed, a disgruntled customer.

Frozen Root beer drink is a bust. A lame excuse for dragging customers in. Don't waist your money. Fast food is over-rated, especially by the fast food industry....

I give 5 stars because of the 1 older lady, short and mom like. She and a cook were the only 2 running the place when my husband and I came in. Around 9 am. She had a line up of cars in drive through. Her amazing attitude and upbeat personality showed no stress or frustration that she was the only front staff here. Then about 920 a manager showed up and the manager was on her phone and really did nothing that would have helped the lady. Didn’t offer her a break. Just stood there on her cell and asked if pots were cleaned. As a store manager of somewhere else I think this manager should have to help her staff and do some work too

Stopped in for lunch on the road. I really like A&W. I just wish they would bring back the strawberry shakes. You guys had the best shakes.
