I recently visited the showroom and found exactly the tiles I was hoping for. The selection is excellent and the way everything is displayed makes it easy to see your options. The salesperson who helped me was efficient and knowledgable; I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

What a great shopping experience. With Goldie’s expertise we were able to find a beautiful floor tile at a good price. Went back for shower tiles & found something we liked but above our price point & again Goldie went above & beyond to help. From the smile we got when we entered to follow up phone calls I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. Thank you Goldie!

Life is busy, so I only take the time to write reviews when the quality of my experience is so exceptional that I can't not do it. SS Tile and Stone is a wonderful establishment with which to do business. We found a beautiful tile pattern online that had 48 different tiles in the pattern. Wayfair had like 6 of them. We ordered one of each just as samples, which convinced us we had to have them. Well, the ONLY place we could find them all was through SS Tile. The tiles are made by a company called Heralgi out of Spain. It was a tough order to work out because of the distance the tiles would have to travel (Spain to Toronto), plus the need to import them into the states after they'd arrived in Toronto. But the owner of the store, Slavica, held our hand through the whole process. When the shipment came more slowly than expected (not because of any failing on SS Tile's part), she was regularly calling to give us updates. She was so friendly over the whole course of the process. Oh, and did I mention the price SS Tile gave us was much better than what Wayfair was offering? One last point is worth making; we came to SS Tile after we'd already found what we wanted. But once we found them (as the only source for our tile; nowhere in the entire U.S. had them), I was stunned at the beautiful selection of other tiles offered by SS Tile. So if you are looking for a tile shop with a world class selection and world class service, go no farther; go to SS Tile & Stone. Thank you, Slavica!

Specialized tile store with a huge selection. They carry some unique, high-end designs that are hard to find in other stores. A bit pricy but you're paying for the design.

Bought floor and wall tile from them. Very knowledgeable reps and awesome customer service. They also recommend a tile installer which did a great job in my kitchen. In a nutshell great experience with SS Tile.

Purchased my kitchen backsplash here. The tiles came in very fast, and were reasonably priced.The staff is very pleasant and not pushy. Will be back for sure for my future bathroom project.

Can't believe a tile store can be that exotic, it looks like a candy store. It can't be told from it's exterior until you step in the store. A huge variety of tiles with excellent selections. I loved most of their selections even though I only need to pick 2 for my bathroom renovation. The sales staff there (Katie) was very professional, helpful and polite.

Amazing staff! I needed a small white tile for a unique project honouring a friend's father. They went above a beyond to help me find what I needed, even though it wasn't a typical request. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind. My friend's family loved the plaque. Thanks to the phenomenal team at this company for their outstanding service!
