Throughout my time here in Toronto I have visited many rug stores that could not follow through with the expectations I have set for them. I can now say with full confidence that my needs have not only been met, but also have been exceeded. As soon as I walked into the store I was blown away with the great service provided by the shops owner. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for repairs on their rugs.

The sign on the door says call to make an appointment. The hours listed are not accurate.The repair of my rug from India was done very well. They also cleaned it and it looks brand new. A few weeks for turn around time.

Terrible experience. The stain wasn't removed and my rug was damaged. The owner didn't take the responsability for it and was very rude, yelled at me and hang up the phone on me.

I got World of Repair Rugs recommended by a close friend. Originally I wanted my rug properly hand washed but after consultation with John I have had the rug not only washed but also repaired and leather bound. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the final result. Next time I need any maintenance for my rugs I won't think twice but head straight to World of Repair Rugs. Highly recommended!

John is highly skilled and very knowledgable about rugs, i took my rug in with a big hole, bitten off by my dog. John wove the rugs hole to a point that i couldn't tell where the hole was anymore. Highly recommend his work.

Do not take your rug here!! Paid over $1200 to have stain removed and it came back. I took it back and it came back again. Owner was rude and did not take any accountability. Terrible experience.
