I'd give them zero stars if I could, but Google won't allow it, hence the single star. I brought my Mini Cooper in for a full diagnostic this summer after it broke down, and was given a list of repairs that needed urgent attention for a total of $2600 plus tax. I decided to buy the parts myself and fix the car on my own... for a total cost of $500. These guys are overpriced and bald faced liars. I have to thank thank them, though, if it wasn't for their shameless greed I'd never learn how to fix an engine.

I purchased a used BMW Coupe around six months ago and was referred by a friend to use this BMW garage specialist if I ever need any repairs to be done. Recently my engine light was displayed on my dash and took my vehicle here asap for service. Very glad that I did, Julian & Oliver are Professionals!! Julian rectified my problem immediately with his diagnostic scanner and with in thirty minutes, I was in and out of this garage, I had one broken coil that had to be changed, and now the car drives perfectly like it used to. If I could give this garage 10 stars, I would. Thank you Julian & Oliver for your Outstanding Service, you just gained one more customer !Cheers,Phil

I drive a 2004 BMW M3 Cab with which I've had a few issues over the past 9 months including clutch replacement, ignition coils and air intake. I found Julian and Nathan to be both professional and honest. The repairs were not performed overnight, but their work is of quality, they stand behind it and their pricing is fair. I recommend them and would return in future.

Excellent technical capability for new and old BMWs. Clean shop off l'Acadie, reasonable hourly rates. Norbert and Julian deserve your trust if you have had enough of your dealer.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Don't understand the other review, as I have been going to this garage for about 10 years with great experiences time after time. Norbert, the owner, has always been considerate, and explained his diagnostics and works needed every time. Highly recommended for BMW owners.

The BMW dealership said my Z4 retractable roof motor was broken and wanted $5000 for a new motor that only they can sell to you and an extra $2500 of work to fix it. Plus tax. Oliver found the leak, fixed everything for $650 total. The motor was not broken! These guys are honest and professional. I’ve returned time & time again with total satisfaction every time. I highly recommend them! Thx Oliver again for today!PS: I really don’t understand the bad reviews here. Some people are just grumpy who need attention. Just read their multiple bad reviews on everything and everyone. If you can fix your own car just do it and stop complaining here. Small businesses need to make a profit to feed their families, like everyone else! (BTW, if you’re rude, condescending and obnoxious, don’t be surprised when you’re treated likewise in return!)

Great guys to deal with all throughout.Oliver and Julian are your friendly local BMW guys.My only wish is that someone would have told me about them earlier.

Paid for a brake pad/ disc change - Good.Paid for an engine malfunction issue - still not fixed. Turnover is fast, low delay, left the car for 3 days. My advice, sell your old BMW and get a newer model or another brand instead.

Very knowledgeable and professional! Better than most dealers definitely a go to place for your BMW or MINI!Most people think that repairing a BMW or MINI should cost as much as repairing a Toyota or Honda! If they do then they should buy one. (SP)
