Went here on the weekend for our 3rd dress purchase: grade 8 grad, other daughter's prom, and now my youngest daughter's prom. It was a busy Saturday in prom dress shopping season so we had to wait a bit to try on dresses. Got to watch a lot of other young girls try on their dresses and get the full Rafael treatment". He really knows how to make young women feel special. He steers them in the right direction to what will flatter their figure and skin tone. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with what I can only describe as abysmal customer service from Nina's Collection Boutique. I am writing this review to share my disappointment and warn others about the level of service they can expect from this company. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. Here are the key aspects of my negative encounter.I attended Nina's Collection Boutique looking for a maid of honour dress. The customer service representative was well aware I was contemplating between two dresses, one from another store and one I specifically came back for to try on. Another sales representative inserted himself indicating that 'because I had time until my brothers wedding' I should not take away from the grad and prom girls time to shine". Anytime I would try and speak the sales representative spoke over me. Finally

Made the prom dress shopping experience so seamless!! After visiting several stores- Nina’s was hands down the best in every department. Customer service impeccable. Dress choices are immense, and a great variety for all budgets. My daughter had every question answered. Not rushed at all. She found the perfect dress! Would highly recommend, and will be returning customers!

I took my wife to Nina’s collection to buy a dress for a wedding we were attending.I must say we were blown away by how amazing our experience was with miss Anna.My wife can be a very picky individual at times because she is a perfectionist… but she was absolutely astonished by the way she looked in her dress once they were done.Thank you so much Nina’s collection and miss Anna for making my wife look absolutely stunning… I feel bad for the bride because my wife is going to steal the show :)

I went here to get my prom dress and it was an overall amazing experience. To start there was so much selection and you can easily view your everything. Then trying on the dresses were so good since there was assistants. Overall nice people. Love this place definitely recommend for nicer and more selection.

Nina’s Couture offer amazing customer service and are willing to accommodate to individual budgets. They are also very accommodating to specific cultural and religious preferences. As a muslim, it was difficult to find a modest but also prom worthy dress however our search finally came to an end at Nina’s Couture. The staff really prioritized our preference and we were able to find a long sleeve, full coverage dress. We also got an amazing discount on jewelry alongside the dress.

I visited Nina’s this past weekend and to say that it was a good experience would be an understatement! As a hijabi, sometimes it can be hard to find a dress store that accommodates my needs. Anna took her time to find me a dress that I felt comfortable and confident in. She was very respectful and energetic. We brainstormed alteration solutions together and found a dress that worked perfectly! Definitely recommend!!
