Although we owned two very unique and historic properties in Montréal, in truth we longed for the enchantment and romance of Vieux-Québec, located within the fortified city walls of this beautiful Unesco World Heritage Site.After a considerable and thorough review of the numerous real estate agencies in La Cité-Limoilou, we contacted Péladeau Agence Immobiliére- they have two convenient locations on 1177 ave Turnbull and 83 rue St-Pierre. When possible, we prefer to work with smaller privately owned distinguished businesses. We recently purchased remotely a condo from Bryan.Bryan was proficient both in English and French making the home buying process much easier.I highly recommend using this real estate company for all of your purchases or rental needs. I cannot recommend them enough as they were very professional and helped tremendously. it was a pleasure working with them and will definitely do it again!!

Superb experience that resulted in a rental for three months.
