1 Rude staff member every time you need help she acts sarcastic and disrespectful, needs to get fired right away and just a total bad atmosphere in this place......stay way.

Pictures of Burger King does nothing to find you. Tried to help an old lady find you but couldn't.

I've only had to go in a couple of times to sort out some paper work and once or twice with my husband. Staff tend to be very helpful and when they can't figure something out usually just lets us know. Generally I like the one considerabLy more then the Fraser Street location and I'll be never had to wait to long.

The staff are Helpful and kind to people under the worst of circumstances.( some of the security personel however, can be power mongers and treat you like sub class people with no regard for internal disabilities, but once you can literally get into the building with their say so... telling disabled people to wait out in the coldest winter this area has seen in 20 years with winter starm warning still in place -- is not okay!! For this they lost a star. Everyone deserves dignity and respect until they prove otherwise)➡Previously referred to as Income and Employment Assistance.➡Find: On the upper level (second floor) of plaza, left side of parking lot.➡Suggestion if driving: the upper lot is small and can be a challenge sometimes. Park in the larger lower lot below (both off tenth) and go up the cement stairs beside fabricland.Bring a book, take a number, and your patience and understanding will be returned.

Always been the best office that I have attended. Staff are friendly and helpful to resolve any of my issues. There is no line-up when I have been there. There is one lady that is an older woman and she is not very nice in her delivery nor is she accommodating to the plight of the homeless customers she is PAID to help!!! It seems she hates her job!? Anyways Despite her presence it up as been a good office to deal with.

If I hadn't phoned in to enquire about the damage deposits that I had dropped of a week prior I would of still been waiting, but did find out that you can do verbal consents in the cases of people with developmental disabilities.
