My dad and I are dr Baath clients and when covid started, I kept calling for regular check up and they kept saying sorry next time. We called again after a while and they said the same thing over and over again. One time we called after another 3 months and they said our file is closed. We can't even change family doctor because he has our file closed. During times like this doctors should be even more helpful, but with this situation dr Baath is clearly not.
