Their receptionist knows her stuff is all I can tell u about the place so far. If it's good there. It should be good all around. Ask for winter tires with the vehicle. They can make it happen.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ramsay's Honda Service Crew. I was stranded in Louisbourg recently with a dead starter and when I called after 5:00 the receptionist answered the call and gave me permission to have my vehicle towed to their lot. The next morning they were able to complete the work and got me back on the road much quicker than I imagined possible with no appointment on a Friday going into the long-weekend. Very grateful for their amazing service. Thank you!

Terrible experience in the service department. Brought my car in via tow for an issue with the back end because my car became undriveable. Explained that I wasn’t from Cape Breton and needed the work done to get home and the exact problem (was booked in for the following week in Halifax for the fix). Was completely dismissed and told they wouldn’t be able to deal with it for two weeks. Would not even help me with my questions regarding the warranty or Honda Plus. Had my car towed the next day to a different dealership. Do not recommend going to this dealership.

Service department is a nightmare, if you break down in Cape Breton you’re better off towing it to Port Honda 0/5 stars

I’m literally having a horrible day, the straw that broke the donkeys back, my car started scraping as soon as I hit the highway. So I pulled over, investigated, found the issue and realized it was safe to drive slowly.I remembered Ramsays Honda from driving by multiple times. I drive a Civic, who knows a Civic better than Honda. So I roll in, explain my situation, show the picture to the Service guy, Daniel was his name.Daniel went over all my options with me, he got me in right away. He did everything in his power to calm me down, by explaining how long it will take, what they will do and offering as many options as he could possibly think of. He listened to me and understood what I was saying.I was frustrated so I was struggling to communicate and he wasn’t bothered in the slightest he just jumped right in to help.He showed Empathy & compassion for my unexpected situation.The mechanic team obviously worked very quickly because I was in & out in under an hour.The bill wasn’t nearly as terrible as I imagined and I’m a happy Customer.Thank you guys very much. I hope I don’t have to see you guys for anything other that routine maintenance.

Had my vehicle in for a last minute service today. The folks at Ramsey's were great to deal with and serviced my rig quickly and as they said they would. Hondas don't require a lot of service, but it's good to know that you will be treated honestly and professionally when you do.

Worst service ever… financial guy name Jonathan is so rude. After finalised deal keep changing his statements and lied about my financing he wanted me to cancel the deal. I had all document but he didn’t apply for finance because they decided give someone else my car that’s what i am thinking.He also threw application paper in documents in-front of me and my friend. That is insulting.It’s worst experience ever. I will make sure none of my friends go at this location

Like every other car dealership in town, serious lack of customer service skills. Always support local business, but when there's no appreciation, I go off island to buy.

I have did a multi point inspection with oil change. They inspect the vehicle well and went through all the repairs done. Meanwhile, they loan me a car. Good job Ramsay Honda. Always professional service. Thank you.

I had given them 2 ⭐️ Previously but they don’t even deserve even one. I had an accident of my new 2022 Civic in January and it was towed to this Honda service station. First they took 2 weeks to fix that and then they hand over it to me without cleaning the car. And there was some oil stains on the drivers seat.Than when I asked them for money to clean my car they said we will give that but they never gave it to me. I’m from Halifax and it’s hard to go there and deal with these people.Later in June during my car service I’m Halifax, I found that they have not attached a metal cover under the car. I called them and asked they said oh we haven’t told you but we haven’t attached it. Seriously how can they do sach a big mistake even after charging me 15000$.I would highly suggest never get your car serviced or fixed here. Better to come to Halifax these people are really charging a lot and not even putting what the promised inside the car. My car is making more noises after getting it fixed from them. I don’t even trust these guys.Plus they are not at all professional. I’m fed up from them.
