Watch & Jewelry Repair @ Hudson's Bay

I bought a watch from the Bay for $75 and lost a link pin screw, so it is unwearable now. They don't carry this pin in store, so offered to fix it for $80 by sending my watch out for a month. Not worth it.

If you go to this location, you have to ask for Jeremy. Total game-changer. I accidentally broke a piece of necklace I was going to give my girlfriend, and just days before Christmas at that. Was very worried but when I showed up to Jeremy's repair station, he was very re-assuring and calming and fixed up the necklace like it's no big deal. He did it in a few minutes in-between his bigger watch repairs and I was on my way. What a blessing to have such class and skill at the Bay!

Super friendly and fast service. I needed a bracket for my fitbit band that was lost. They found a matching one and I was on my way out in 5 minutes. Good place for quick repairs!

I went into this jewelry repair shop the other day to pick up a replacement battery for my watch and I was charged $16.76 for the battery which I thought was very expensive. When I commented on the price of the battery being very high and told the clerk I have seen these batteries selling for a lot less then that online she told me it was not the same battery she sold me. I was told that battery I was being sold was a very good make and it was also Swiss made and it will last a longer time before I need a new one again so I did buy it reluctantly. Not comfortable with my purchase when I got home I went online and did some research on the so called top of the line watch battery and found the store price grossly inflated the price when I can buy a 10 pack of the same battery for 5.99 that works out to .59 cents per. battery when I was charged $16.76 for one battery such a rip off. I don't usually write reviews but I had to write one on this shop for their price gouging I can only imagine if I needed work done to a watch how they would take advantage of a customer. In closing I will I return this battery back to shop and let them know on my finding in person and what I think of their pricing. I am not in to wasting my time or writing reviews but this shops need to be reviewed for their customer practices and their price gouging BEWARE RIP OFF SHOP

Excellent service, knowledgeable and very timely especially during the holiday season

Went twice and both times back of watch scratched. Please use more care like the many other watch repair shops. Ask other shops how they prevent scratches.

The professionalism by Jeremy was outstanding, super nice individual that made sure everything was spic and span and perfect before i left. For sure my go to place to visit!

Jeremy was super kind, friendly and very helpful! He gave me two different options to repair my broken necklace and once I chose my option he went to work to repair it right away. The service was fast and once he was finished, I asked for a slight modification and he repaired it again with no questions asked. Would definitely go here again to have my jewelry repaired by him. This is a review from my dad he said he’s glad there’s finally something at the watch repair that speaks Chinese. His English isn’t that great and he’s thankful he’s able to speak to the young lady with the purple in his native tongue. He said the young lady was very attentive and helpful and changed his battery within minutes!
