WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!RUN RUN RUN …..Do yourself a favour and save yourself from BULLYING, HASSLE and HAVOC!You will regret shipping with them. I’ve had a very bad experience with this company and honestly, I don’t have the energy now to write my full experience with them. Just to simply put it……RUN…They will threaten to HOLD your cargo when you speak for your own right. They have very bad business practices and customer service. They told me shipping to Guyana from Canada takes 4 to 6 weeks. I got my cargo after 3 MONTHS.P.S ….. Read all the other comments. I regret I didn’t.RESPONSE TO QTREX COMMENT:Mr owner of Qtrex…….first of all, you threaten to hold my cargo continuously after I posted a negative review about my experience with your company. If I didn’t removed my review you would have never released my cargo. Secondly, you’ve never once reached out to advise when my receiver would have been able to pick up my stuff. As for discounts and help, please think twice before even saying anything about that. You should learn business etiquette from the Guyana office. They were very helpful and courageous unlike your office.

This company is the worst ever when it comes to shipping to Guyana,They charged me an absurd amount of local fees once my shipment arrived to its destination. I got the runaround for a month and a half until I was able to clear my things. once I cleared my things half of my goods were stolen out of barrels, also when it was time to uplift my things I got little to no help loading onto transportation !! Caution ⚠️ would not recommend usingThis company for anything !! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Follow up review From: MAJXRRWe Called the president of the company after he replied to the review. After calling he insisted that a call should’ve been made before the review, when numerous calls went unanswered from the moment we discovered items were missing, he then proceeded to make threats towards MAJXRR about what he can do and how powerful he is in Guyana etc. I recorded the conversation as proof and will be forwarding it to the proper authorities!

I just used this company to ship a barrel to Guyana, and we're extremely disappointed in the results.First, the good. The price was competitive, and the pickup service from our apartment in Vaughan was excellent. The staff were helpful, professional, and worked in a timely manner.The second the barrel left my sight, however, this company changed completely.We shipped in January, with the expectation that it would be received in Guyana in mid March. Fast forward to mid April, and my family has only now received the barrel and contents.We have called them so many times inquiring to the whereabouts of the barrel, and the status, only to receive excuses non stop. First, they are unable to deliver the barrel (even though we paid a fee for door to door service). Then they are short staffed. Then they cannot locate the barrel. Then it is held up in customs. Excuse after excuse, with no end in sight. Then, my family should pick up the barrel. We've received so many mixed messages and this is totally unacceptable. Finally, in the end, they agreed to deliver the barrel.Very very poor service. I cannot believe the amount of time spent on the phone dealing with these people,both in the Canada office and the Guyana office. In 2023, this should not happen.We have used other companies before, and will take our business back to them. You truly do get what you pay for.

The worst experience ever!. This was my first time shipping with Qtrex. And never again!!!I sent my barrel to Kingston Jamaica mid November 2022 and I just received it on the 6 of March 2023. Mind you, the shipment reached JA well on time but for some reason they kept it there (telling me they can not open it just yet ). I waited for over 2 months b4 they finally called me to come pick up. As a result some of my items past the due date because the kept the shipment for so long.The most upsetting part of it all was, when I checked the content of the barrel, majority of the stuffs was missing. Lots of food items that I sent weren't in the Barrel, even clothes!. I sent I very beautiful dress for my sister (i paid like CA $75 for that alone i even wrote the sis name on it . And that too was missing/stolen. Like come on!! What, they dont think no one would miss that!? . How can you run a business as such where you have people stealing things?.I have shipped with other companies b4 but never have I experienced this.Be warned!

I do not like to write negative reviews but my experience with this shipping company has not being going well.1st I must say they do answer your phone calls but no resolution.If you want to ship with this company because they have a reasonable price, just be aware that you get what you pay for. It seems as if they do not care when they ship your belongings or barrels. I specifically called and asked when should I ship my things if I need them to be in Jamaica for the end of November. I was told by the owner to bring them 2nd week in September. We did just as was told.Now I have been in Jamaica for 3 weeks and the barrel came last weekend. I have stuff I needed for my baby that I send in the barrels which I have been buying because I have not received my barrels and other shipments.Today I phone the office in Jamaica and they told me I wont get my stuff before Christmas. Now I have to cancel everything I have plan for Christmas and will have to buy more stuff for my baby. So before you ship with this company, read all the reviews, and then decide because I did read them but gave a benefit of a doubt because I would not have expected to get my stuff after Christmas when I ship them in September.

This is by far the most inaccurate, unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest shipping service we’ve ever dealt with. My mom shipped our items with this company since last September and she only received it 2 weeks ago. When she asked about her shipment they purposely withheld her items and refused to release it. She was stuck with paying over $500,000 Guyana dollars in storage fees.Please be aware. These people don’t care about your stuff. They do not respect your time nor the money you spend on shipping fees. Your items reaches whenever it reaches. They don’t care about you.We will never ship with them again. They are very unreliable.

So far my experience hasn't been great with this company. They're not able to provide an ETA for when my shipment will arrive and frequently don't answer the phone when I call the Canadian office not a company I would refer to anyone. If your need your shipment to reach its destination in a set time frame it's best to not use this company

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Beware! I found them via a YouTuber from Toronto so I decided to go with them. I shipped with them in December and were going into March and I still have not received anything and I was told they arrived in January! When you call either Jamaica or Canada they will put the blame on the other! This is beyond unprofessional and I plan to ensure to share my experience over all of my socials!

Do not waste your time and money shipping with this company. I shipped 2 barrels in January for my trip to Jamaica on the 24th, I landed and stayed until the 25th of February with no updates or communication about the arrival of my items. These items were shipped from the same address at the same time along side 5 others that my mother in-law sent. She only received her items after leaving a negative google review and a complaint with the BBBIt was only after I left a complaint with the BBB that I was personally contacted by the owner, who begins to tell me that my shipment is late because they found a STOLEN Acura MDX among the shipments. Now, whether this is true or not doesn’t matter to me, what I want is the items I shipped and I’d like them now. I will be suing if this isn’t handled within a week.
