I was looking to get a concrete pad poured in my back and I was referred to this company by a family member in March. I reached out and spoke with the owner. Explained what I was looking for. He said he would put together a quote by the end of the week and get back to me. He took my contact info and email address. I never heard back so I reached out to my family member and found out the owner was on vacation in Florida.I sent a follow up email to the owner regarding our phone conversation and was hoping to get some sort of response but got nothing.Very unprofessional. If this job was not something they could do, then tell me. Don’t leave a potential customer hanging. Common courtesy and customer service 101.

We had our balcony waterproofed by this company within a month water pockets have occurred in one area I have rain that puddles which has NEVER been an issue prior to this work being done.The owner is a VERY arrogant and unprofessional individual who has no knowledge in this profession. He doesn’t like when anyone questions his work. Gets very angry & aggressive. BE AWARE!After the work is completed he’ll demand you to not place any PLANTERS OR RUGS ON YOUR PATIO if you have PATIO FURNITURE OR AN UMBRELLA it can’t be WITHOUT SPECIAL PADS under everything touching the balcony or his warranty becomes NIL & AVOID. Which is beyond ridiculous!AVOID THIS PLACE his 5 stars are friends, family or his workers. I have over a dozen units with the same issues & complaints.
