This is the second time that I collaborated with Dimitrios Andrianakos to sell a property. The first time was for my condo and now for my 80 year old stepfather who had to move from his home of 40+ years into an intermediate care facility. Dimitri was “above and beyond” expectations during this entire process. Don't know where the 5 stars come from but it s barely a 1 star, very unresponsive and unprofessional, it has been more then a week that i call their office to see an apartment that was listed online so i can rent it, every time i call they take my information again and tell me that they sent them to the broker and he will get in touch with me, 4 calls later with the same scenario and till today no one gave me a call back…
