Very good customer service. Pretty fast responding time. Serve speed is very fast. You can get prints done super fast (depends on materials). Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Located at industrial building in Richmond. Free parking lot available in the front. Recommend it!

Recently put in an order through email, the producing manager David reached out to provide service. During the process it was a bit rushing to get my business without confirming the printing content and printed the product. The product was printed without my original instruction/design because of the miscommunication or simply missed it when they passed to case to their colleague and they made me took the lost and hopes to give a discount when I go back next time, but I lost the confident to go back. I was referred to the shop by a friend, however I regretted after everything, wish I should've stayed with my original shop and make things much easier. The printing quality is decent, but the service is not the best to me
