I have recently purchased my second Airstream travel trailer from Maxime Fournier at Airstream and the experience has been excellent! He has taken the time to understand what I’m looking forward in a trailer and the kind of camping I like to do, resulting in an excellent experience all around. In addition, Natalie Landry and the service team have done a great job whenever needed with fast and efficient service, and answering any questions I’ve had. Thank you to the all the staff from sales Charles to technician Michel and the beautiful lady (I'm sorry for forgetting your name)from parts that acted as our translator to the receptionist offering refreshments and to Caroline walking us through the paperwork. So far our experience has been great.

Max and Julie were very helpful throughout the process making it fairly easy to acquire our trailer. cheers to them. We travelled from Ontario all the way to Terrebonne without a hitch. The only issue was that I couldn’t pay with credit card but we were able to sort that out. Thanks!

Very dissatisfied and will not return here for service on our Roadtrek! We left our vehicle with Roulotte Ste. Anne for one month, while we were out of the country, to provide them ample time to complete a list of repairs. This list was detailed in writing, by telephone and in a pre-service visit with a technician. Never did they express to us that they could not do the major work (leak in the black water system) because of a modification to the origin system of which they were well aware. We left with a $178.00 bill, a leaky black water system, frustration and the coordinates of another garage who “might” be able do the work (of course they, too will charge us an inspection fee which we have already paid here). Photos which were supposed to be provided were never provided, despite having requested and two appointments with one of the technicians were not respected (someone else filled in for him) despite us expressing our frustration with dealing with two different technicians and not having answers to our questions that we paid to have answers to. I was very tempted to refuse payment.

Getting an Airstream had been a dream of ours, and finally getting one under the excellent service and guidance of Maxime Fournier, was just what convinced us right away that this was the best choice for us.When I first downloaded information regarding the Bambi Airstream, I was happily surprised by Maxime reaching out to me to see if we had any questions; right away we expressed our interest in a Bambi 16RB... From there, things started to move rather quickly, we visited Roulottes Ste. Anne and he showed us a wide variery of campers and Airstreams; he gave us plenty of time to walk around, always friendly and professional, and with zero pressure... By the time we left, we had signed the papers to order the cute little Bambi 16RB we had fallen in love with.Getting the call a month earlier than expected to tell us our Bambi was ready, was a great surprise! When we went to take possession of the camper, we crossed Maxime and, as always, he was super nice, he congratulated us and made sure we were taken care of.I have nothing but good things to say about Roulottes Ste-Anne; from Maxime's outstanding service, to the guy who gave us a crash course on how everything works and made sure we were all safely pinned before we took it home; and to Nathalie in the after purchase service who has been a pleasure to deal with... Everyone has made us feel so well taken care of and it is thanks to them that we have peace of mind. We know that joining the Airstream family was the best decision we made!Thank you and continue the good work!!

My wife and I met Maxime at the Ottawa RV show two years ago. We had only just begun to consider an Airstream as a means to explore Canada and the US. Over the ensuing two years we considered many different options and asked Maxime many questions during a few visits to their showroom in Terrebonne just outside of Montreal. He was very informative, and very patient. In the end we settled on a 22’ Caravel and we couldn’t be more pleased with the trailer and the entire sales experience with Maxime and his colleagues.
