Came in to pickup our items that the other location didn’t have and Kym was by herself and had a line up. She was courteous and friendly with everyone, didn’t rush through to the line but met everyone’s needs. When she got to us she was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Excellent service form the people at the desk here, they provided some great advice when selecting the base for my paint. They were also very helpful with cue side pickup during the crazy lock down.

I have been coming to this location for the past few months and it is absolutely amazing. Customer service is so good. Kym is having a baby so congrats on that!! As for the rest of the team, Joy is an outstanding person who shows amazing character. Seema could do better. The rest of the team great work keep it up!!!

I've interacted with Kym on two separate occasions when I had painting needs, and she was truly amazing... She answered all of my questions in great detail and she gives great advice. She seems to know everything about paint...I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for paint.

We had to go into Sherwin Williams to change the paint colour we ordered as it had a hint of lavendar and we wanted more grey. Kim worked some amazing magic and helped us find the perfect shade of grey by mixing some colours into the colour we had already purchased. She knew exactly what to do and was super helpful and nice. Thanks so much Kim!

Have been coming to this location 4 times this a week for a project that I have been working on. I was lucky enough to have been assisted, each time by Kym. Kym has showed interest my the project, asked to see pictures of the painted rooms and even helped me match a paint colour for one of my washrooms. I will never shop at any other paint store but only this Sherwin Williams location. Kym went above and beyond to give me the best customer experience.
