Called 3 times to set up service, each time they said they were coming and never showed. Hard to complain about a free service but it has just been a complete waste of my time

Worst service ever! This will prob be the first of many bad reviews, find another company to deal with. No one ever answers the phone at the company, operator who's name is Jenny does not do her job by answering the call, what is she really getting paid for ??? bunch of lazy people who guarantee they will do pick ups, staff is rude and seeing that it is a french company it makes total sense.Hopefully these people will not be in business for to much longer. Useless is the best word describing the head office.

Been waiting for a pickup since October, repeated phone calls promising prompt service. This may possibly be the worst service I have ever recieved since starting my business.

Don't waste your time. They say they're coming after you schedule a pick-up, they don't. I've been trying since March 2022 to arrange a pick-up, and it's now July 2022 and still no pick-up. Go with Pnewko Brothers. Thank me later.

Backward company out of the stone ages unreliable. 6 months waiting for service. Spoke to 4 different representatives promising service and they still don't show up. Even spoke with their parent company Safety Clean.....use GLF at least your needs are acknowledged.
