So I glad I found this place.I needed to get four pants hemmed. They were dropped off at noon and ready a short while later. I was so happy with their service, I returned the next day to get two more pants hemmed.I will definitely return to this location next time.I was blown away by their workmanship, professionalism and how may expectations were exceeded.Thank you Stitch-it!

Parween did a great job altering an evening dress. She is intuitive and skilled. Our only issue was when we went, there was a line-up and she as the only one working - so there was a bit of a traffic jam with getting people fitted, and paying, and changing and picking up etc. But we would definitely use her again and highly recommend.

We purchased a suit from a retailer that offered in-house alterations. When we picked up the suit, we were very disappointed in what looked like a rush job and the suit did not fit properly. They would not fix the suit for the time we needed it. We went to Stitch-It and although they were very busy, Lana took the time to help us and offer suggestions on how to fix the suit in time for the event. After she saw the poor tailoring job already done to the suit, she really wanted to help us out and thankfully she did! Lana went above and beyond to fix the suit and ensure it fit perfectly and in time for the event! We were so pleased with the kind and caring service we received at Stitch-It.

Great for alterations especially not just a regular hem. I also had some pants and a skirt taken in and all turned out amazing! Also very friendly.

I’m really disappointed with Stitch It. In what world would this patch job be acceptable for work? I was expecting a small stitch for a tear, not a monstrous patch.

I was really blown away!! First-time customer and Kulsoom did a really great job with my fittings. Kulsoom and her teammate Ewa worked on my dresses. One was a pretty challenging alteration as it had some uneven stitching on the hem. These wonderful women took their time fitting me and redid the whole thing and now it fits amazing. Can’t recommend them highly enough :) team at this store so efficient and friendly-welcoming. I love their smiling faces and their honesty.

I have to get majority of my clothes altered to fit me. It’s always difficult to find good quality work. Not only does this location do a great job, but they also offer the best customer service you can find. They’re honest if they can’t fix something, or will offer an alternative.
