This store has a huge selection of automotive accessories. The staff has incredible product knowledge, which can be applied to your specific needs. I learned more in 20 minutes in their shop, than the multiple hours spent comparing the various companies ‘roof rack’ products. Thanks so very much, see you again soon!

I want to give a shoutout to Mark of Racks North for his patience and understanding. Having being stung in the past with other retailers either with being shipped substitutions or receiving backorder notification on something that was supposed to be in stock, I can be perhaps be a difficult customer. After a few emails Mark assured me what was otherwise very difficult finding in stock anywhere, he had and would ship it to me in Ontario. He even went to the extent of pulling the product from the shelf to make sure it was all there in good order. Received the package in good time. Fantastic! Thanks Mark for the effort!

The staff and service are amazing! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us. We told them our needs/requirements for a rack for our bikes and they told us what options we had. They even installed a rack on our camper and added a bike so that we could ensure that it would work for all our needs. They went above and beyond and we are very happy with the service and the product we decided on. I highly recommend them

Service was good and sales person was knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was the install fee. There was no mention of an $50 install fee until we went to pay for the transaction after it was already installed and mounted. If you are knowledgeable enough and had another person with you, this could be easily done in the parking lot. They didn't give us an option. That being said, they gave us a height measurement with the roof box mounted to know where you can and can't fit.

Mark was very helpful in answering our questions when we were shopping for a roof box. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained to us the features as well as the differences between the various models, and he even did the installation himself afterwards. It was a very pleasant shopping experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them!
