Horrible union that signs collective agreements that help employers rather than the workers. They sign ten year collective agreements with poverty wages and little to no benefits before workers are hired. This is done to satiate workers and prevent actual change in this abhorrently exploitative industry.

Horrific union. If you want a union that signs collective agreements that help employers rather than the workers this is your best bet. They agreed to a 10 year collective agreements with poverty wages and essentially zero benefits before workers are hired. This is done to actively prevent actual change in this abhorrently exploitative industry.
