Took weed trimmer in to have brush cutter attachment reinstalled correctly. Took a month and a half, not contacted when ready. First start of weed trimmer brush cutter flew off missing my cat by a few inches. Very shocked and unimpressed. Won't be going back.

Took my Toro mower in for service. They did an exceptional job and charged me less than what I thought it would cost. Great staff, great products. I would recommend PEC to anyone.

Wanted to exchange a pair of stihl gloves still with tags for one size larger and they couldn’t find my purchase, The guy at the desk argued for 30 minutes about it and having to change their stock. I’ve spent thousands in this store and over a 14$ pair of gloves I will never be back. customer service used to be top notch before the change of ownership. As a family run business I expect top notch customer service as that’s typically what keeps small businesses afloat however, PEC is lacking.

Great selection, got a Stihl for the price of a no-name saw from a hardware store. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.

With lawnmower problems, you might wait and miss the summer. Was looking to purchase a chain saw as a gift for my husband. Was asked a number of pertinent questions and then shown a couple of options that fit my answers. No hard sell and felt very informed. Bob hooked me up with the saw, case and oils needed and I spent less than I had planned for. Thanks for the great service!

I have used this Stihl dealer location for over 20 years now back to A&R rentals, then Standard Rentals, and now with PEC. I shop here for both my business and my Personal needs. These days when I walk in the store I am usually ignored by the sales staff, and hear them say things such as Husqvarna is garbage product we don't like working on those. This last visit when I approached the sales counter the gentleman that helped me was very unkept and wearing dirty clothing and was chewing food and it was falling out of his mouth when he was talking and had food in his beard, this made me extremely uncomfortable and grossed me out, I could see other customers felt the same. I do not understand how these people stay in business?? My last visit at PEC will be my last visit ever, I have moved my business over to a different dealer, they have much better pricing and they actually have professionals behind the counter that look and dress with respect and know their products.

Wow what a selection! Parts, service and friendly staff. Come by this location or Edmonton location. Great experience at both for me.

I took my dads lawnmower in to be fixed on June 3, I called after 3 weeks they said they were waiting for an air filter, and everything else was done, I just called today and was told they were waiting for a back ordered part (some electronic device) with no idea how long it will be until it will be in, they never called to let me know the status of the mower at any time, so it is unlikely that I will see this lawnmower before fall. The customer service has been way below par and if they think I will be back after I get the lawnmower back they are wrong!

Needed a new lawn trimmer/weed whacker. Wanted a Stihl, as I've had good experiences with the brand before. Went in on a Saturday morning, was helped quickly. Got the product I wanted at the advertised price, and the counter guy processed me quickly. However, it would be great if your counter people had a better attitude. Or even acted somewhat interested in what they were doing. When I'm making a purchase, I don't need the person assisting literally rolling their eyes at me when I ask them to repeat their questions. Maybe less mumbling, more speaking clearly would help. For future reference, it's also a nice touch when they hand you items, instead of just tossing them across the counter. Overall, an average meh" experience."
