I had them come out in June to inspect and service an older ac unit on a property we recently bought in pemberton . They came out and serviced it and added a missing drain line on our furnace. The tech was nice enough but they are really expensive. I asked to get a quote for a new ac outdoor unit and the tech said that someone will be in touch with an estimate. I again asked in the middle of July to get the quote for a replacement ac unit. Then on Aug 03 I received an email from their installation project coordinator that because their commercial customers are in such demand they can’t even quote me. It really would have been nice to know that in the beginning of June and I could have got an estimate from someone else. I responded back to the email that day and still have to hear back from anyone at Hakkon. To me it’s seems like a poorly run company that doesn’t seem to care about it’s customers.
