Stopped to fill gas the pump doesn't take contactless. Waited the car in front of me for couple of minites to get to the other pumps. Got inside to wash my hand both washrooms out of order""

This station has horrible customer service. My daughter pulled into the gas station to get gas and have her tires checked as one appeared low. The person on shift said they could not assist as they were there alone. When my daughter reiterated that she needed her tires checked as one appeared low and may have a slow leak, he again said he was alone and it wasn't his problem. He was extremely rude. When I called over there Raymond answered and said he was at the Shoppers Drug Mart and Jamal was alone, but that she could return and get assistance now. I don't know if Raymond was allowed to leave the location when there are only two on shift...regardless, Jamal lacks in customer service and needs to be held accountable for his rudeness and lack of service.

One pump didn't read any card when I pulled up to it. The other didn't give me a receipt after I was finished fuelling it's not the first time the pumps haven't read Visa or debit cards. Do a better job of maintaining your pumps.

Line moves slow but it’s a normal gas station

Great place to get gas. Won't get your car towed unless you're an idiot visiting for the Olympics. Prices always are consistently the same as every where else so, high. But the pumps are new and always working and you don't even have to go inside to talk to anyone. Only downside is they charge for air. For free air go to the Chevron on Rupert and 1st.

Best price and seems accurate gas pump

Usually it's just a normal experience buying stuff from my local store but this morning I had to deal with an animal who treated me like I wasn't even a person, she tapped on the plastic when the machine didn't load like it was my fault and proceeded to argue with me and not even say sorry, I didn't think anyone could be so rude.... I tried to call the customer support but both the lady and the man refused to give me their names and they where not wearing name plates.. All she kept repeating was I'm trying to help you" The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting different results."

Nice to come in here for a quick snack as it is right across from the atrium! Good ice coffee and slurpees. However, I feel like they don’t have much of a variety of snacks, store is a little too small and stock looks like it should be replenished.

Price of gas worth the stop , unhappy looking service people not so much.

I go to Petro-Canada to get coffee and beverages, snacks and other things. Their coffee is really good and way less expensive than the Starbucks up the street. The staff are friendly. The gas prices look decent and this station is always busy.
