Stopped in for a tuna sandwich & tomato soup. Absolutely the best tuna sandwich I have ever had - completely unexpected!! Soup was fresh and full of flavour as well. I’m so happy I stumbled across Sprouts - I will most definitely be back when I’m in the city next.

Happened to be in Mississauga and was seeking a quick lunch bite nearby. Sprouts restaurant was a healthy option based on many others' reviews. I was a little surprised at its popularity as its location is in a plaza with plenty of other eateries and chains. I ordered their wrap that came with a choice of soup, salad or chips. They also offered many pressed sandwiches and salads at similar prices.The grilled chicken wrap looked delicious with quite a variety of fillings: corn, tortilla chips, black beans, lettuce and monterrey jack cheese with chipotle dressing. The portion was huge and each fresh bite had a nice crunch. Chunks of chicken breast filled the cold wrap but would've tasted better warm. It was still good. The spicy Thai chicken soup was similar to Tim's. Both the soup and wrap tasted mildly sweet, the latter from the chipotle sauce and weren't spicy at all.

I used to frequent Sprouts when I worked in the area. They used to have really great sandwiches, wraps and salads. I hadn't been in years and decided to revisit them. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered lunch sandwiches for myself and two others and all of our sandwiches were dry and tasteless, definitely not the quality it used to be. Sorry to say I will not be going back to Sprouts any time soon. A way better alternative is Pane E Vino (hwy10/Britannia) for lunch sandwiches and salad options.

I have used this establishment to cater work functions as well as to grab a quick lunch. I’m strictly gluten free for health reasons and they have plenty of delicious options. Everyone in my groups were always happy with their offerings. Always reliable and fresh. The owner/manager is a great guy!

I’ve been to other places that strive to make healthy dishes that are tasty, & with the use of fresh ingredient (Fresh in Toronto, the beet, raw aura etc). I got the steak salad with chipotle dressing to go. It was good but it wasn’t anything I would go back over and over for. It was lettuce tomato carrot, avocado (which I barely could find in the salad) and it had sliced steak (which was cold and it def wasn’t made to order, pre-made and just tossed in dressing). Bun was just sorta an after thought in my opinion. If they gave it warmed up or toasted with something house-made that would have made it rememberable.I’ve also tried the steak and veg sandwich- it was ok but small as far as quantity, taste was alrightService is good, place is clean, decor nice. It’s good for a Healthy meal but nothing that sets it apart from other places

It's been a long time since I rated 5 stars to a restaurant but Sprouts is deserving. I've been a frequent customer to this restaurant for the past 2 years and what I love most, is the customer service. I'm always greeted by their friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and the cooks take their time to prepare delicious gourmet wraps!! The wraps are filled with flavourful spices & sauce. Try the Chipotle wrap, I love the combination of black beans, tortilla chips, chipotle sauce and cheese.. It's also favorite from their menu.
