CSN Emeryville Collision & Auto Center

My first experience with CSN and their representative Sam could not have gone any better. I had two vehicles serviced; one needed tires and an over-all fluid check, the other needed an oil spray. CSN has two more vehicles/people they can add to their list of lifetime customers. I was not pressured into any unnecessary repairs, the honesty Sam has is reassuring. Great, efficient, honest service. Absolutely a wonder to deal with. Prices are better than dealerships and the customer service makes you feel like family. I can’t say enough to praise the CSN crew. Good work and thank you all!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rob and the team at CSN Emeryville. I had an original insurance claim after a truck rear-ended me on the Ambassador bridge. Rob and the team took excellent care of me and returned my car to it's original state, which wouldn't have seemed possible when I dropped the car off. Fast forward a couple of years and up pops an issue with the paint in the same area. While this may not have had (probably didn't) anything to do with the work CSN did originally, Rob didn't hesitate to make the situation right. To be honest, I wouldn't have expected them to take care of it but they did and squeezed me in so I could have the car back in just a couple of days. Thanks so much guys!

Was rear ended pretty badly on Boxing Day and brought my car here after getting recommendations from friends and family.The repairs done were excellent and the car went from a non-drivable state to looking brand new, I was told that they even brought the car to the dealership to get the sensor job approved to the manufacturers standardsThe receptionist/front staff member, Nicole, was extremely nice and professional to talk to whenever you had a question about the status of your repair; Rob, the owner of the location, was also very friendly to talk to and considerate about any questions and concerns you may have about the job and your vehicle.Would definitely recommend checking out their services if needed

Simply put… they have great services at Emeryville Collision. Super friendly staff and they communicated with the me the entire time through the process. You never want to have to use a collision service obviously but I would highly recommend Rob and his team.

I was hit 2 days before I was going on holidays. I took my car to Rob, who explained everything that needed to be done. I left my car and Rob handled all the repairs and also dealt with the guy who couldn’t decide whether to pay out of pocket or go through insurance. He and his staff went over and above and told me not to worry, they would look after it. The car looked brand new and was clean on the inside and outside. Great place!!

I have been taking my vehicle to Emeryville Collision for all of my recent issues. I wish I had known about them sooner.Their service exceeds anything I have ever had done on my vehicles. They always finish my repairs in a timely manner and even better, at a very reasonable rate. He is always very friendly and listens attentively to all of the issues I may have with my vehicle. He explains what the mechanics will do to alleviate any of my concerns. Had a great experience with both the collision & service departments. All staff i dealt with (Rob, Nicole, and Sam) were professional, courteous, and personable. I'm a new client will be returning as a regular for routine maintenance. Thank you CSN for the ease with which my NAF claim was handled.

When I hit a retread in the dark on the 401, it tore off and/or damaged several body trim panels. My colleague recommended Emeryville Collision for the repairs so I put them on my list for quotes and ultimately decided to have them do the repairs. I’m glad I listened to my friend because I had excellent service, they went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule and minimize my downtime; they had my vehicle ready for pickup in half of the time I originally expected. This was an out-of-pocket repair, so I was nervous about the cost, but Emeryville Collision was fair with their pricing. When I got my vehicle back, I was delighted to find that they had not only done the quoted body repairs, but they had done a thorough interior cleaning as well! Now I highly recommend them to my friends.

Was in an accident and they were highly recommended. I am extremely glad I went with them. They reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they quarantine their work for the life of the car. They did excellent work. They are very professional and friendly.
