Beer Store 3253

Was returning emptys. Security gaurd distracted me and ththe guy giving me my money stole a ten. Should be fired.Big tall guy, frizzy hair. This happened onMay 29, 2021, at about 5:45-6

This place is OK - just to go and buy your beer, not very clean place but that's downtown a lot of people go there.

This location is good regarding to how well it is stocked but too many sketchy people from the downtown area bring a negative atmosphere inside the store and around the perimeter of the building. Sometimes it is the employees that are ignorant chatting up the customers in front of you at checkout for 2 minutes sharing random stories yet when it's your turn to checkout make you feel as if to hurry up you've taken 3 seconds putting a couple beers in the bag and wasting our time and offer a rude scowl, look away blankly and or schmooze up their coworkers at another register. Different rules for different people.Fair enough it isn't always negative and half of the staff is good at their job. I'll leave it right there.

Its what's to be expected out of a beer store. Never had an issue other than the occasional druggie that sneaks in and tries to get a beer in his backpack or bag without anyone noticing. Staff is friendly, store is clean parking us convenient with 2 entry ways.

They have been out of what I'm looking for the past 4 times I've gone.

I give 5 star for the beer choice but today walked 15 min from the hotel and when I went to buy a beer they asked for my id when you clearly see that I am 30 years old.(LCBO Nevers ask id by the way).Showed them my passport on my phone cause don’t want to carry the original every where and they refused it. To me that’s the worst service I have had at Windsor

Pricing is a bit high (think due to being near the border). Selection is awesome. Neighborhood is a bit sketch.

Almost 40 and cant buy beer here. Out for a walk on a hot day. I dont look under 25.

This security guard slapped my cell phone out of my hand, broke it, assaulted me after realizing I had recorded everything he tried to lock me inside the store. When I begged the staff to call 911 they just stared at me. I left the store with a broken phone and absent dignity. The manager conveniently was not in. If anyone wants the video please let me know. Keep in mind I was only at the store to return empties dressed impeccably and my consistent gentleman behavior.
