Worst touchless carwash ever. I went in to tell them my car didn’t wash properly, they took a look and said it was my fault its not clean and not there wash?? So much for buying all the season passes i buy from these guys. Never again. Absolutely no customer service and the worst management i have ever came across.

BEWARE OF CARWASHMy dad went through their car wash on Tuesday May 18th. The sprayer went up against the vehicle and scratched the front bumper and left front fender.Waited a week after trying to get a hold of the manager and they said he lied and must have scratched if before. They refused to pay for the damages, refused to send the video showing the machine hitting.Now he has to go through his own insurance. What a scam!!

I stop here on my way home from work, because I collect Petro Points.. but that's about all it's good for. The printers at the pumps haven't worked in over a year, so even when you want to pay and go, you have to go inside to wait in line just to get your receipt. I've mentioned it to the staff about 10 times, and nothing ever changes.If it weren't for having the only good touch free carwash nearby, I would have given it 1 star.

I used their basic wash just now. Unfortunately my car still wet like I drive in rainy time. Their dryer does not work properly. I just waste my $13. It is really useless wash. And I complaint to the employee and the old lady told me that she cannot do anything in it. She told me to come tomarrow morning and talk to her boss.This is not a kind of coustomer service. Really bad experience from wash and the employee.

I can’t give less than one. This place has worst customer service. I tried car wash just because of promotion and wash is mostly in maintenance or not working properly. CSR don’t care about any customer or sales as well as don’t know how to answer politely. I purchased 10 car wash but don’t wanna go even there. I won’t recommend any one to use this.

Long time car wash season pass customer. I have always received complimentary tickets at other locations when equipment was being serviced, or the car wash was closed. The staff at this location will refuse and argue with you. Corporate should investigate their practices.

New wash machines installed recently. Far far better wash than before.

I would give 0 star if I could! Please do not go there. I was going to wash my car in there at 10 on the night, two workers told me something was wrong about the car wash, but they still sold the ticket to me.I could not wash the car, so I went in and talked to them, they told me the car wash was down and I could go to another location or wait for next day; and they refused to do the refund!!I was shocked about their rudeness!!HOW could those workers get hired to do the customer service?!Please do not fo there! Other locations are much better! They are not deserving to earn money from us!!

Went to get gas today not much only around 10 bucks just to get me to the res for gas I had around 20km in my car when I went to pump 1 after putting the gas in guess what I had 20 km when I was finished pumping.......the literally charged me for gas I didn't get when I went in to tell the guy inside I was told there's nothing that can be done about it. So just to be clear gas is over 2 dollars a liter and even when you go here for insanely priced gas you don't even get it I recommend not going to this location and they are scamming customers what if that was my last 10 dollars I would have not even been able to get home I went to a different gas station the esso just down the road and did the same 10 bucks just to see if maybe my 2022 cars gas reader was busted and after putting 10 in at esso boom 100 km in my tank ...... just don't go here please

if there's on option to give negative star this is what this place deserves. I have a season car wash pass and tend to use the touchless car wash and unfortunately this is the only one around the area. January 18th the wash was broken so went o inquire about it and normally they provide a free car wash. The lady at the counter refuse to provide one and stated it will be fixed and she will give me a call and so I provided my number. Didn't receive any calls and so went there at night and it was still out of service. Informed the person at the counter and after taking my car plate number and all the information, he provides a free car wash. the following day it was broken as well. apparently the rewash they provided was valid for 24 hours. I went to the store today to explain and the lady at the counter called the manager over the phone and the manager who refused to provide her name told me she cannot give me a car wash and that when car wash is broken it is not their problem and they only provide rewash if the car is not clean. I explained that the car wash was broken but i guess it went to the deaf ears. so whose fault is it if the car wash is broken and customers who have season pass. Never experienced an issue like this. I still don't know who the manager is, hopefully corporate can provide some answers. but horrible horrible experience. I hope these folks are trained properly on customer service
