A Perfect View Window Cleaning Service Inc.

I used this service in May of 2020 and was very happy with the quality of work. However, in January of 2021 I received a bill from them even though the services had been paid for the day of. I verified the check was cashed and called to see why there was an issue. Their voicemail box was full and I was unable to leave a message. I am not sure how a business lets their mailbox get full and stay full for days (I tried calling 3 days in a row). I proceeded to send them an email and still have not received a response after 3 days. I will not being using them again!

I used them for a couple years for gutter cleaning and was very satisfied. This year they reached out to me to schedule and I got right back to them to schedule a gutter cleaning about 2 months out. The week goes by that they were supposed to come and nothing. I followed up and they said they were planning on coming - again, nothing. It has now been almost a month since they were supposed to clean my gutters and they have stopped responding to my emails and you cannot leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. Very annoying

We've been using Perfect View for a few years now (Spring & Fall) and have ZERO complaints, they are on time, friendly and windows are spotless. Never any mess inside and windows sills are wiped clean & dry. Highly recommended !!!!

We were happy with the window cleaning but the gutters still had some debris. Overall though, we were happy with our service and sent in our payment in July. We received bills for both in April (9 months later!) saying we never paid. I provided the check stubs and date the checks were cashed. The office manager was exceptionally rude and said she could now find the check for the windows, but now couldn't find the check for the gutters. They are obviously EXTREMELY disorganized. It was a huge waste of my time tracking down checks from 9 months ago just to prove we paid.

I contacted A Perfect View on 10/31/22 for a quote for window cleaning. They responded promptly on 11/1 with said quote. Heather was courteous and scheduled our window cleaning for 11/22/22 for arrival between noon and 2pm. The day arrived, I took the day off so I could be home...no call, no show. By 4:30pm, I sent an email closing the loop that they were a no call, no show and we were moving forward with a different company. Heather left a voicemail soon after and apologized, but blamed her employees for not telling her they were running behind. That is your job as a small business owner to be in communication with your employees as well as your customers. Needless to say, we won't be using their services in the future.

Excellent, prompt and courteous customer service. We had our inside and outside windows washed for our two-story home - first time in 17 years! We are so happy with the results. Windows have never looked better. Job was efficient and thorough. We will use APV again and highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend this company enough, I am more than pleased with the results of our window cleaning. They also were able to fit us in and accommodate our schedule, thank you Heather and Chris very much for a job well done!!!!

I found these guys on google along with a couple other companies. I had them all give me estimates. I went with a perfect view since they were not the cheapest, but were not the highest. (The highest was just over $300 more) They gave us a price of $385 for in and out cleaning of our windows. We have a house full of glass. They did a wonderful job, and very kind and professional . They showed up with a 5 man crew, and were complete within 2 hours. Compared to one other company we experienced last year who sent 2 creepy guys, and almost 6 hours later with poor quality, this company definitely was worth they money.

Awesome service!! We were getting my Aunt & Uncle's house ready to sell, then realized how filthy the windows & sills were. I called to get on their schedule quickly, they were able to send someone out the next day! The guy was very friendly and thorough. House is now ready for the Realtor to take pics!! Chris and Heather sent a few of their guys out to clean our windows, and clean out my gutters. Price was reasonable. I had Squeegee Squad here twice to do the job. Both times we had horrible window washers who left streaks, dirty screens, and dirty sills. Squeegee Squad guys were also too nervous about the height of our gutters both times which prevented them from cleaning my gutters properly. Both times we called them back, and they still didn't re-clean properly. Wasn't going to be a fool 3 times. We decided to try A Perfect View. Perfection with both our gutters and windows. Very professional and very friendly crew. They have customers for life!
