Had a great experience with ATS from quote to delivery.Shipping container (20' beige, single trip) was in great shape on arrival, driver put it exactly where we wanted it and was in/out in 20 minutes. Ladies in the office that I corresponded with by email (Emily and Fabiana) provided clear and timely communications.

Fabiana Pineda is who I'm dealing with not happy with the service. I have asked a number of times approximately when should we be expecting the sea can. The response is send the money and we can talk delivery dates. Fabiana has told me this a few times. I find it extremely rude. Who in the right mind would send $5000.00 cash e-trans to a company who refuses to give an approximate date of arrival. Seems like a very odd way of doing business.I had a friendly phone call from Emily to clarify the situation. With much apologies for the miss communication, and a date to deliver our sea can before I send out $5000.00 Thank yous for getting back to me ASAP, great customer service Emily!Thank-you

We had prompt service and received a clean, used container. Happy to have the extra storage space for our facility.

I recommend. Called around looking for a container to use as a shed. Ats was the best in value, options available and customer service. Good communication and rapid follow ups and delivery. I opted for a used and it was a great choice.

After having a bad experience with a scam company I was advised to go with ATS. I did, and I am very happy with that decision. The container is in great shape and the whole process was very easy and fast. I wish I had gone with ATS from the get go. Do not trust the cheap marketplace companies, even the ones with websites that look legit.

We’ve received great service from ATS! At first we were renting a refrigerated container. Ut worked very well so we went ahead and bought a new one. It’s super slick and the remote technician is quick and very helpful! Would recommend this company!

Ordered and had delivered a 20’ container. I highly recommend ATS for a no hassle purchase, a no hassle delivery which wasn’t the easiest location for their driver. The price was very reasonable and the condition of trailer was better than I had hoped for.Ghislain was easy to deal with. I’ll be ordering additional trailers in the near future.
